I am a priority customer and have been shopping here for years. I have had one previous issue with a bag that had a security tag attached which I managed to resolve.
Last week I bought a bag at a sale that was damaged, the damage was not identified/marked at all and not picked up at the till when I was paying. If it had been pointed out I would not have purchased it. I emailed as soon as I got home and saw it was missing a part. Showcase have refused to do anything about this as the "account is closed and sale ended".
The bag cost £95 and should never have been on sale in this condition to begin with.
I do not know how you expect £95 to simply be lost with no offer of refund for a return? If it was a small mount I would have been annoyed but not have bothered to contact them
Please be VERY careful when buying items - check them over. The staff should check also at the tills to ensure that faulty/damaged goods are not going out.

Attended a recent luxury jewellery sample sale at Showcase, amongst many other sales I attended to date. The staff have always been professional, and the event have always been well run. Individual experience is different and subjective, and there is no negative coming to mind in my experience.

Whilst the sales can be good, and some are certainly better than others, postage costs for online sales certainly are not.
£7.95 is significantly above the norm where in my experience, equivalent postage costs for the vast majority of online sellers rarely exceed £5. Showcase clearly make a healthy turn on the postage they charge. I definitely would have made more one orders with Showcase if the postage had been more in line with normal costs

Really excited to attend the Mulberry sale this morning. Arrived in good time and left my bag and jacket in the cloakroom. About 30 seconds into my browsing, I was asked to leave my beanie hat in the cloakroom. I was happy to do this of course. Back in the showroom, I was asked this time to leave my very small pouch only big enough to contain my phone, wallet and keys in the cloakroom. That was a step too far and I left. Complete waste of a morning.

I recently went to a private Jimmy Choo showcase event, and honestly, it was such a letdown. We paid £18 for the booking, plus another £2 at the door, but it wasn’t worth it at all. The whole thing felt really unorganized. Most of the items were old, with scratches, marks, and stains all over them.
I’m a UK size 5, and there were only about 10 pairs of shoes in my size and they were seems old and damaged . The swimwear was completely sold out, even though they advertised it would be available.
For a private event, I expected a bit more, like maybe a place to sit and try on shoes, but there wasn’t anything like that. Overall, the whole experience was really disappointing. I don’t think I’d bother booking something like this again, it just wasn’t worth the money, and the quality of the items was really poor.

I placed an order on 21st August. received an email 18th September saying the order was shipped. the tracking number does not work and i have sent several emails to support none of which have elicited a reply.

UPDATE. email from showcase 07th Oct to advise Hugo Boss are still investigating with DPD on the location of my order.
within a couple of minutes I had tracked the Parcel to a depot where it had been sitting since being collected from Yves Delorme on the 30th August!!!
I have cancelled the order, lets hope it does'nt take that long to receive my refund.

Have been to a couple of the sales and some online. Recently went to the Purdey sale. Staff are friendly and understand why bags etc have to be placed in the cloakroom. Also the charity donation is nice. Shouldn’t be mandatory however. We have charities that we prefer to donate to.
Dislike the fact that online orders take up to 30 days for delivery, and also the delivery fee is rather high.
Will wait and see when I receive my Molton Brown order, and whether all is correct.

It is my first time shopping at showcase .
- I did not like the fact that I had to leave my bag at the entrance considering that I was carrying important documents for a business meeting following my shopping.
- I managed to shop the first day , booked the second day , however due to my busy schedule arrived at 1:40
20 minutes before closure , to my surprise I was denied entrance , I wanted to buy a pair of shoes which I saw the day before , I confirmed to the lady that it will take me five minutes to pick it up however she was adamant I can’t do , it was very disappointing!
- Paying £ 2 at the entrance makes no sense ! Although it is little money but it was not nice .

I definitely don’t like the newly introduced mandatory entrance fee. It’s a shop at the end! I don’t like the idea of having to pay for entering a store.
Some of the staff is very helpful and kind but some are too commanding, especially the security. I much more prefer the atmosphere in the O2 arena, albeit it would be great to have the changing room back there.
The stock is hit and miss but globally improving.
