Showcase Creative Reviews

We've used Showcase for two years to print calendars we distribute to our most valuable clients. Meticulous, supportive and customer focused is how I'd describe them. Highly recommended.

Showcase have been incredibly efficient, from providing much needed advice over the phone in a helpful and friendly manner, to turning around and delivering our request within our very tight deadline. The quality of the brochures that we ordered were unrivalled - I recommend Showcase Creative to others and will use them again.

Used showcase for some A5 Binders we needed for a project. Our project over ran so we could not share anything with Showcase but showcase kept in touch with us and honored the original price that we agreed earlier in the year.

When we were finally ready to share our artwork with Showcase they were very helpful and professional.

The binders worked out very well and our client and their staff were very pleased. I would recommend them.

We ordered presentation folders for a charity conference - all of our products arrived ahead of time and the products looked great, we were really happy with them and they went down well at our conference. Would definitely recommend and consider using you for any future events like this. Price was also very competitive and worked well for us as a charity.

The guys at Showcase Creative really went above and beyond to make sure our bespoke order arrived on time. Communication was great and everybody on the team was happy to help. Would highly recommend!

Needed some folders at short notice for an AGM. We are not experts in providing 'print ready' documents and sent our offering by email for an opinion. We were sent back the necessary template and further offer of talk through assistance if we needed it (we didn't). A proof was sent back very promptly and a printed copy was mailed in good time. When we received the printed proof, it was noticed that one of our images was stretched (our fault) and this was corrected by the team before final sign off. Good communication throughout and it was good to know when the folders were dispatched so we could look out for them. Print quality and finish is very good and we are very happy with the product. Highly recommended. Good price too - we are a charity with limited budget

Fast, effective service with outstanding results ! Will definitely use again

We were revamping our company's image and services and part of that was the requirement for a new look Operations Manual for clients.
We opted for the A5 size binder and slip case with dividers.
Our consultant forwarded the designs for the project along with our 3D logo to Showcase Creative who provided a quick turnaround, professional service and an excellent product of which we are extremely pleased with as are our clients.
I would recommend this company's services and products to anyone.

Bumped into Showcase Creative on Ebay. Couldn't have chosen a better company. I received requested examples in the post within 24hrs of my phone call. Communication is second to none, customer service is excellent, price is great and the quality of work is perfect. Thanks again!!

Contacted very last minute for some Press Folders for a trade exhibition and the response could not have been more helpful. We already had artwork so that helped, but our order was processed immediately, proof sent, printed and delivered as promised. On receipt we were very happy with the quality, finish and printing. We will be using Showcase Creative for future print orders - but perhaps will give them a bit more warning next time!

Excellent from start to finish. Very rapid in sending samples, great delivery on time and superb product. Would recommend and have already used again.

The folks at showcase creative were really helpful from the moment I contacted them. Process was very straight forward. Product was fantastic and service was even better. Would reccomend ahead of anyone else. Best I have used thus far.

I placed an order with a very tight deadline due to my failure to place the order in good time, order was delivered well ahead of my expectations at No extra cost (which is unheard of in this day and age) Very Very happy with Showcase creative, they saved my bacon :)

Great service from the customer team at Showcase Creative. Clear, simple instructions on submitting artwork and quick responses to any questions. High quality folders exactly as specified and printed and delivered quickly. Also the best price on the web. Would recommend and use again.

Ordered some custom printed folders at short notice. The team were extremely helpful, and pushed the order through at quite a pace.
Communication was excellent, with advice always on hand. Emails were very promptly replied too.

I will be using them again, without a doubt.

From my first contact with Richard at Showcase I experienced excellent customer service and any questions I had were answered quickly and confidently. Upon receiving our proof and then onto the final product the quality was great and delivery was swift. As a company we will be using Showcase in the future and would recommend to any prospective customers.

The order for folders arrived in great time and the quality is excellent!

We will be re-ordering very soon as we have decided to use them more than we originally intended because we know how impressed parents will be – we were!

A super service by everyone involved.
