Clean efficient premises nice staff

During online registration, advisor Keiran helped me with my ID Verification. Further he helped me setting up App on my mobile and showed me around the site and guided me how can I access it. He was very helpful.

Easy, secure access and never busy even though lockups look like they are nearly all taken. Entire facility is well maintained (very clean and bright inside) and is much larger than it looks. A lock and keys are included in the price.
Whole process from start to departure was seamless and hassle free.

Clean, bright, easy to use storage and the lift

The automated system is fantastic, it could be automated also for the back door and lifts though.

Having to go to another branch for the identification was a pain.

£14 for a locker that cost £5 at any Screwfix is a Robery

A suggestion, since your level of automation is impressive, at least with the main gate.
Other day I was in the third floor, going down, and I called a lift. I had forgotten the lift I came up, was still there, on the third floor. So I pressed the other one, who had to come all they way from the ground floor.
So, if you system had a minimum of intelligence, as usual in lifts have, it'd have called the closest lift, make a saving in power consumption.

Quick and efficient

Very easy process, a member of staff phoned e the day before to ensure all was in order and check if I had any questions. Very simple, just as it should be.

The people that work there are very helpful and friendly and explained exactly what you need to know. Access to the building is very easy and you can come and go as an when you need to. I have used the company twice now and will always recommend it.

Easy to book, easy access with the app to unlock to gate. The locker was clean and the price was competitive.

The staff that I dealt with from start to finish were first class, they were polite, professional and helpful! A big thank you to all of them, and for giving me a unit on the ground floor, which made things a lot easier. The unit was just about right for my needs, it was clean and available when agreed.
Only one gripe and that it was a pity that there were no staff on site on a daily basis. The prices are very reasonable along with some good deals. Thank you.
