This is my second time using this storage. Great customer service and incredibly organised and efficiently. Very friendly staff (especially Rohan, Jamal and Tony). It is a clean establishment with very clear instructions on how to use/access it. Good value for price too!

The location is ok, but recently its getting harder and harder to access it and park as there is constant construction being carried out and vans are regularly on the way. Additionally, they increase rates without informing customers or giving them the chance to agree/disagree with the changes, when I enquired about it they blamed it on IT. Sometimes they don't even send me the bill and I have to chase after them to pay. People in customer service are polite but ultimately in my case, unhelpful. I have yet to hear back from them with a resolution.

Had a great experience at Shurgard Camden. Jamaal was extremely polite, patiently guiding me through the process as I’d not used a storage facility before.
