We have a great experiance with Shurgard Hayes. The manager Mr. Anu is a great person ,very kind & helpful. Excellent storage facility at great price.

Helpful staff who took time to explain the process clearly. And they called when my allocated storage unit changed so even arriving after the office was closed presented no problems.

Shurgard is ridiculous

Shurgard is ridiculous. Stated one price then added on a bunch of extra charges to bump up their fee, after you've signed up.

They also cancelled my auto pay and tried to charge me for late payment and threaten me with throwing my storage items out of their unit. For a mistake THEY made!

Hate having to deal with this company.
