Shurgard Self Storage - Tottenham Reviews 

Very nice and secure place as compared to others. The promotional prices is fantastic. Closer to my area. The staff over at the tottenham site are more helpful and friendly.

First time storage unit user and it’s safe to say my experience so far with Shurgard Tottenham has been excellent. I was able to rent my unit online, and the next day visit site for the first time, where the onsite staff were very friendly and informative. The facility is brand new, state of the art and very secure. Only small negative is parking, there are several spaces, but due to the buildings footprint and general size of some of the larger vehicles it can be a bit tight and busier times

Profesional and friendly service by Manager mena, this is my first time using storage. Process of my move couldn’t have been easier very thankful

So easy to book, verify ID and turn up out of office hours which isn’t possible with other storage places. Seamless process at what can otherwise be a stressful time. Really well designed by someone who has thought through how a customer will experience the process - couldn’t recommend more!

I work nearby and happen to be in need for storage, walked into the office and manager but so pleasant and informative. I’ve used Shurgard in the past and so glad to come and to be treated so well. The people leaving bad reviews have a vendetta and should not be this rude to a team that helps you when you need it most. If I could give 10 stars I would.

I visited the store a couple of days ago to view a unit and the manager Mena was extremely blankful and rude, I ended up going to another storage facility down the road due to the terrible service from the manager, the process of booking a contract here is a joke! DO NOT COME HERE!

The worst site is the Tottenham site. The manager is incompetent and they have no security. They mixed up the units and gave me the wrong unit after i have moved all my belongings then went into my belongings without consent and called a number on my suitcase tag and gave my personal details. They also have asked me to change units to a smaller unit making me move all my stuff again.

We’ve only had our storage week over a week and have taken 6 trips there, each time there was an error so we couldn’t access our unit unless staff was there, who were fantastic and helped us quickly, but when we took a trip once the office was closed it was a wasted trip as we couldn’t get in, our latest trip was similar except this time none of the 2 lifts were working so we had to make several trips up the stairs which isn’t ideal at all
