I was ghosted
I made an appointment, sent pictures as requested and then was ghosted. Nobody showed up, did not respond to text or returned my phone call.

Antwoord van Shutter Solutions of Houston
Thank you for the great review and for choosing Shutter Solutions of Houston. We’re glad we could get your shutter replaced quickly and make the process smooth from quote to completion. We appreciate your trust and are always here if you need anything in the future.
Excellent service!
A nervous foster pup busted out of his crate and chewed up a few louvers on our plantation shutters. I called several shutter companies to get some quotes. Shutter Solutions of Houston was the ONLY one willing to repair louvers for us (everyone else wanted to replace the entire frame, which was unnecessary and going to cost significantly more). Rodrigo came out twice--first to take measurements and match the color, then to do the repairs. He communicated well and super friendly and professional. We had 4 louvres replaced and he spot treated a couple parts on the frame (spot treat = sanded and painted). Looks like new again! 10/10 recommend.

Thank you so much for the amazing review and for trusting Shutter Solutions of Houston with your repair. We’re really glad we could help — especially with a foster pup adventure involved.
Most companies push full replacements, so we’re happy we could save you the cost and simply repair what was needed. Rodrigo will appreciate your kind words; he takes a lot of pride in communicating clearly and getting the details right.
We’re thrilled your shutters look like new again. If anything ever comes up in the future, we’re always here to help
Terrible customer service
I did not purchase anything because no one ever called me back or even set an appointment. I would give 0 stars if I could, but that was not an option.
