Don't trust this cheating courier.... They are running business with people's money... Don't trust them.. With my experience I'm telling you guyzzz... 5 months amount they have to pay me.. Each day i used to send them regarding this but such irresponsible people never did any payment or response from their side...
So never ever trust them... 👎👎👎👎👎👎

They are scammers dont work with them

They run with client's money. They collected over 20 thousand dirhams from our cash on delivery but never transferred that amount. Their employees named Imran, Sadeek, Ascharya and celeste stopped responding and scammed with our thousands of dirhams.

the above 4 employees are equally culpable for the said run scam business.

This is the worst company.

Our experience with this company’s cash-on-delivery (COD) is that we have not received the payment for 13 days, with payments being continuously postponed without any given reasons.

Not recommended at all if you have COD orders, especially if you are counting on that money to run your business.

Once the issue is resolved, I will keep you updated and remove any associated reviews.

تجربتي مع الشركة هي تأخير في دفع التحصيل عند الاستلام حيث أننا ننتظر منذ ١٣ يوماً ولم نحصل على أي دفعة، وتم تأجيلها بدون إعطاء أي سبب.

لا أنصح بهم إذا كانت لديكم طلبات دفع عند الاستلام، خاصة إذا كنتم تعتمدون على هذه الأموال لإدارة شغلكم.

في حال تم تسديد الدفعات سأخبركم وأزيل الريفيو.

I had a wonderful experience with this Shyft express courier company. The customer service was excellent, and my package was delivered quickly and safely. The rates were also very reasonable, especially considering the level of service provided. I will definitely be using them again for all my courier needs. Highly recommend!

The absolute worst . Please if you are a small business, run very faraway from this company .
They started out well but now it’s horrible , they’ve misplaced our order and we have to pay out of pocket to our client . They won’t send us our COD , we chase daily and it takes them at least 2 months to respond . No one knows who owns the company or how to get hold of senior management to complain . It’s so bad , our next move is to report to the DED to get our money

I needed to get a letter from my home to a bank in Abu Dhabi. I booked these guys online and paid for it. Was given a pickup slot of 5pm to 8pm. All good....until 7.30pm: a driver rang me and asked for my location. All my details were already on the booking. When I told him, he said "oh my god!" and then mumbled something about how this was not his area and he would not be coming.

No further communications from Shyft - no-one rang me and I could not get through to them on the 'phone. No-one responded to my e-mails either.

Same situation the next morning: no-one answering the 'phone or responding to e-mails. I booked and paid for another company (Aramex) and finally got Shyft on WhatsApp. They tried to tell me that my building was not in the area I had specified. They even sent me a screenshot of a map which clearly shows my building as exactly in the area I had specified.

Appalling customer service. I will tell everyone I know not to ever use this company to send documents in the UAE. Ever.

don't deal with them or you will lose your money then will be ignored and run after them .

Had bad experience with these clowns. They delivered box one way and refused to deliver same box back stating it is oversized. Tried to get explanation why it is oversized if weight and dimension within the limit but the only answer was that it doesn't fit the car.

this is the worst shipping company yet, I book a delivery and it clearly stated the times and I have screenshots of it as well, I chose next day delivery from dxb to rak, and even the next when you track the order it says it is on track and expected delivery time is as expected but nothing shows up and when we call they said that it clearly mentions on the website that they dont do next day delivery to rak, although I failed to find that place on their website that says such stuff
if I knew I would get such service of liers where it is apparent they just want to make money and not actually deliver your stuff I would have not chosen this company, I was decieved by the "nice website".. not anymore.
