Will never be using this again
Will never be using this again. I requested a refund since I had cancelled my subscription on my laptop, but money (£70) still went out my bank account to this company, even though I 100% cancelled my subscription. When I emailed support they said they could not refund me and instead offered me 30% off, which didn’t help at all, I just wanted my money back since that money was going towards my driving lesson, and now because of this I have had to cancel the driving lesson due to them taking my money when I had already cancelled my subscription. I am very unsatisfied with this service, and customer support was not helpful at all and came across rude and not listening to my issue.
