Shopping with Sif Jakobs website worked for me
this is my second piece of Jewellery from this company, I found the website easy to navigate, the items & designs were different, all at affordable although not cheap prices.
The item was beautifully packaged, in a secure cardboard box, tissue paper, then a presentation box it arrived to me within a couple of days.

Beautiful/unique earrings
Very satisfied with the earrings I purchased for my granddaughter’s 21st - she loved them - will buy her Sif Jakobs earrings for Xmas.

Item not as shown on website
Ordered a pearl necklace which in description and in photos showed 7 pearls and 2 cubic zirconia. Item delivered had 5 pearls only. Still a nice piece. Spoke with Sif Jacobs, they stated errors on website with images and description. So how you know what exactly you are ordering I do not know. I was offered refund if wanted, however this sort of missed the point. Not sure how this complies with Trades Descriptions Act. The necklace itself is very well made and I am pleased with it, even though not quite what I thought I had ordered.
