What a wonderful experience dealing with Sigma Car Stereo! I had originally ordered an aftermarket car radio but after talking with Khan was informed that the model I ordered was not the correct fit for my vehicle. After I gave him a few specifications he was able to find and sell me the correct model. It fits perfect and is exactly what I needed and wanted.

Definitely would recommend and would use again!

Bought an Android head unit for my 2008 mini that didn't have Bluetooth or much in the way of in car entertainment. Now I have it all for a really reasonable price. Happy with the service completely. Price was the best I could find, even rivalling direct Chinese delivery. Ordering process went well, took several days to arrive with tracking number and communication throughout. The only thing that I would say wasn't perfect was the upgrade process for the head unit but after great communication and support everything ended up perfect again in quick time.

All in all I would definitely recommend this place.

I paid for customs and shipping after the ad clearly stated that all charges would be paid. I am yet to get a response re getting reimbursed. Bait and Switch.

Unfortunately, the radio I wanted required a bunch of extra things for my car, so I ended up returning it, but it was no fault of Sigma Car. they were great about working with me, to let me know EXACTLY what needed to be done for it to work(because of the fiber optic cable), and once I opted not to do the additional stuff, they immediately processed a full refund. I hope to use them again in the future.

The unit is good and arrived very soon after the order was complete. Unfortunately, the unit did not simply "plug and play" as advertised, and modifications to wiring and additional equipment are necessary even though all of my vehicle information was passed on. The after sales support has been excellent.

Difficult to install mainly because Minis are just a pain in the @ss to work on but it all went in smoothly overall. The unit has so many different functions and seems to work great so far. I’m very happy with the unit and functions. A HUGE improvement over the factory equipment.

I was nervous about paying so much money for a unit from a website I didn’t know much about. The original canbus wasn’t compatible with my vehicle however, Khan walked me through how to wire and test the radio. I am now awaiting a new canbus to install. Customer service was FANTASTIC. When I had issues, the responses were within five minutes and was EXTREMELY helpful. Any other company would have given up or took forever to response. If you’re thinking about it, JUST DO IT. You won’t regret it!

Quick response from Khan to questions regarding Android system for BMW Z4. System arrived well boxed and secure and able to track delivery. Install took only a morning to install. Large touch screen gives clear images along with SatNav, USB drive and Apple CarPlay & Bluetooth. Good service and good product.

Had a problem with the rear camera the help and time spent was first class the stereo is great thanks for your help would recommend them
