Communication was extremely poor, and relied on me chasing manufacturer for updates. Many failed call back requests.

I'm sorry to hear about the issues you had with your warranty case. I'm sorry that you felt you needed to go directly to Pinarello. From reviewing the case and speaking to the staff involved I understand that there were some delays with your replacement frame coming to us from Italy, and whilst I appreciate that some of the communication may have been slow, my colleague in store who was dealing with your claim was on annual leave.
I am sorry that this wasn't picked up by anyone else at the time, but I am glad to see that we have been able to replace your frame and get it back to you.

Above and beyond customer service and a lovely shopping experience
I did my first in store purchase today (and can say I will definitely shop there again.
Went in for a new pair of bibs and Jeff was amazing. He went above and beyond to make sure I got the right size and he even asked a colleague for a 2nd opinion.
I was very happy with my shopping experience and would definitely go there again.

Slight delay in getting bike built and…
Slight delay in getting bike built and ready to collect. However the service when i got to the store in Wilmslow wax very good
I havent been out on the bike yet,(Specialized Tarmac SL 7 Sport 2025) as ive been on hols, but im looking forward to getting out. Managed to get £800 off retail price as well.

Amazing Wilmslow team
