We tried multiple local places and none could get the sign completed in any less than six weeks. We were so lucky to find SignMonkey! They were so easy to work with, made sure all our designs would look well, had an incredibly fast production and shipping. We couldn't be happy that we found them!

We are so excited about our sign! Sign Monkey is great, they communicate with the customer to make sure your sign is accurate. Also great delivery service and packaging.

I have owned 20 retail locations for over 10 years and we always had cheap sub par signs because the sexy channel letter signs were way out of our budget. Now with sign Money we have the best signs at all of our locations for $2-3k each and they are amazing quality. Worth $10k all day long. Wish we know about SignMonkey years ago. They literally make and ship and deliver your sign in a week. It’s insane! Our local sign provider was like 8-16 weeks to make and 3-4 weeks to install.

I received to great looking signs. Had one cord damaged in freight. Josh overnighted the piece that was damaged. Templates for installation was perfect. I could not be happier with the product produced.

Working with SignMonkey is by far the best experience I've had with a company for years. Every time I called with questions, I was able to speak to a knowledgeable person who could provide answers. The online order process was efficient and incredible easy. Another pleasant unexpected surprise was a call from Josh after we placed our order to go through every aspect of the order to verify all the details were correct before it was built. The incredible speed of which our two very large custom signs are being made and shipped is truly remarkable considering the delays we've experienced in every other project this past year and a half. I recommend SignMonkey to anyone who is in need of a sign. They are absolutely terrific!

Overall, the customer service works well. We have submitted a couple of different drafts for quotes cause our customer wants to know different prices depending on the design. However, production time has a big delay. We submit payment on 10/19/2021 and our order is still in the manufacturing step even a website is promising 5 days for it, and the estimated shipping date is 10/26/2021. Until yesterday (11/1/2021), nobody has notified us about some delay at manufacturing, We have to check and ask an agent on your website by ourselves. Our customer should have had his order done by now. We understand that perhaps you didn’t know that your production team was falling behind, but we also have a customer for who we have promised a deadline based on your words. I’m hoping that we’ll get our order done faster and the next time we will be notified about any delay on time to give our customer correct updates. Thank you

I ordered a sign for my Shoe Repair shop. The website was easy to use and the sign was even easier to install. It looks great and was well with the price. I receive a quote for more than $4K more from my local sign shop. I will be back!! Thank you!!!
