Signs Inc Reviews

The sign is beautiful. I get a lot of compliments on it!

Really impressed with the Quick and responsive Customer service. Our new sign is sturdy, Beautifully made and adds such a professional touch to our storefront. We have already noticed more people stopping to check-out the shop. Great quality and totally worth it.

Great work. I'm so happy and the sign is shining with great look. Thank you.

I wish there were a way to give zero stars. This company is completely unprofessional. The customer service is terrible — unresponsive and unhelpful. The product I received was useless and nothing like what was promised. When I tried to resolve the issue, they were dishonest and made the process even more frustrating. I would not recommend ordering from this company to anyone.

Great price, communication, quality, promptness

The whole process, from submitting the design, to getting suggestions and getting the mockups. Was lighning fast. Signs, Inc gave me the opportunity to get a good look at the photos of thfinished product. They seemed genuinely interested in making Sure I was completely satisfied. When the final product arrived, it was amazing! Sleek housing for the LED lighting. Nothing but good things to say.

Extremely easy process. The team responded fast and got me exactly what I needed.

I was originally working with 3 different companies on quotes. Signs Inc. had competitive pricing. They were quick to respond with quotes & mockups (which looked exceptional). They were more detailed on dimensions and offered a few different types of signs to choose from with my business logo. Signs Inc. Sent photos throughout the process and waited for my approval to make sure it was coming along just how I wanted! The process was very smooth and quick too! I ordered my sign and had it approximately 2-3 weeks later. The sign was quality! Blew my mind when I opened the box! It was exactly how I wanted it.

I have a small barber studio so I purchased the backboard box (which is a little heavy) but it hides all the wires and I am able to mount it and plug it in with one power source cord. The backboard makes it easier to hide wires and move the sign if I ever decide to change location. I highly recommend purchasing a backboard for anybody who does not want to drill multiple holes in order to hide wires in the wall (Each letter in my sign had at least one wire to illuminate the l.e.d behind it … approx 20 wires) so for me, a backboard was worth it, you can choose any color as well so that helps with the look a lot!

I had a great experience with this company and this the first sign I have ever bought. If I ever need another I know where to go!

Thanks Sign Inc.

Avoid this company!!! We have been working on this project for over a year and they printed the wrong sign twice and tried to get us to pay for it. We currently have the wrong sign on our building and they are refusing to pay for it or fix it.

Working with Signs Inc was terrific. They provided timely feedback, answered questions and delivered a high quality product that looks great in the office!

Everything arrived quickly, as pictured, and great quality!

Delivered as described

Service was awesome from design through delivery!!

The sign turned out beautifully. We had looked at several companies for a sign for our mobile bartending business and this one was by far the best. The design was super creative the team was easy to work with and they replicated our logo perfectly in metal. We will definitely be recommending them to everyone.

The process was so simple and easy. I am so in love with the sign, customer service and delivery along with ease of installation. Overall, an amazing experience. I will be back if I ever need a sign in the future with high recommendation to friends and colleagues

I'm very when it comes to design and professionalism and this sign exceeded my expectation. I'll definitely be ordering the rest of my signage here. Thank you.

I checked a few companies to make our signs. We needed 3 of them and sign inc gave the best quote. It was an easy process from uploading images to making changes. We were happy with experience and the signs look great as well.

Not really a problem with the company more so they should have told us there’s no way we can put this sign up ourselves, it came in like 60 pieces and it needs to be drilled into brick. I don’t think they took that into account because the anchors we have received with it are drywall anchors. Also we needed to get a permit to use the sign and it was like pulling teeth to get them to send us adequate instructuons. You’d think a sign company would be used to working with permits and would have that all ready to go but nope the instructions were difficult to read. Should have been the first red flag but we wanted the sign for cheaper than a local company and now regret it.

I'm beyond happy with my order. I had a vision for my sign and they brought it to lift exactly how I imagined. Fast friendly and flexible service.
