Great sign don’t cheap out and do the nice steaks and get the recommended setting and it will be worth it. And signs are actually really affordable even if you splurge.

I wanted to reproduce signs that I had made in the past. They guided me through the process and it was much quicker then it would have been without the help! The price is always great and the signs look great! Quick turnaround also!

Signs are junk and you can see through them. They lie. They refunded $200 and I paid $300 four signs that went in the garbage and they sent the wrong size!Beware. Spend your money somewhere else and get good quality.!

I usually really like your design tool but it dumped me out deleting about 3 hours of work today. I had to start over with my detailed sign.

I also don't understand why the same exact size sign comes in at several different prices on the invoice.

I placed an order on February 3rd for campaign yard signs totaling approximately $600.

Payment was processed immediately.

I did not receive any notification that the signs could not be printed. I later learned the company claims an email was sent on February 5th or 6th, allegedly to my spam folder. I did not see this email, and no follow-up attempt was made by phone or alternate contact method. When I called I was instructed to check from another vendor or company name via spam

Instead of receiving my signs, I received only wire stakes. The shipping boxes arrived torn and damaged, and several stakes were missing. I was also charged shipping as if the full order — including the signs — had been shipped.

The actual signs were never produced or delivered.

After contacting the company, I received a partial refund of approximately $300, but I was still charged shipping calculated for the full weight of items that were never shipped.

As of February 11th, I still do not have campaign signs.

This experience created significant operational disruption during an active political campaign.

I strongly encourage future customers — especially those working under deadlines — to confirm production approval, monitor spam folders closely, and verify shipping charges carefully before assuming an order has been completed because as the person on the phone said. It was a “glitch” in the system

I cannot recommend this company based on my experience.

I like that they are pretty good at reviewing what is sent in, and if they see flaws, they suggest ways to improve the final product. They give out tips in order to get better quality clipart or pic's to make your sign look better.

**Update** I did receive a refund from Signs on the Cheap. They are true to their word.

Easy to design custom signs. Great website. The yard signs were stunning - bright red, easy to read, and special coated for Oregon weather. They were literally shipped within 2 days of my ordering which was wonderful as they were time sensitive. The only glitch was the metal stakes were shipped via Amazon Shipping but the signs themselves were from UPS. The signs were here in a couple days, but the stakes never got here. For some reason they were routed way north of me, then I was notified by Amazon Shipping that they were returning them to sender with no reason given. I called the sign company a little annoyed - not at them but at Amazon Shipping - and they had no idea what happened either. Customer service offered to resend the stakes. I requested they be expedited AND asked that they not use Amazon Shipping again. I was told that there was nothing she could do except place the order for the stakes again. Huh? You can't request they be expedited at least? Nope. So I'm notified again that the stakes are en route via Amazon Shipping and they are set to arrive 12 days after I've gotten the signs. Knowing I needed them, I got on Amazon.com and ordered the stakes again and they arrived two days later. I let the company know that I'd done this and they said they would refund my credit card the $37. When the stakes finally arrived via Amazon Shipping, I refused delivery so they were sent back to the sender. I can't understand why the stakes and signs aren't shipped together. It's logical and reasonable. I am sure I am not the only one who was getting untimely stakes. So yes, 100 percent behind the product and would use these folks again if I needed yard signs. They have the best prices. But I'd NOT get the stakes and buy those on my own.

Signs arrived and looked good. The problem is the steaks for the lawn signs are still not here and are 8 days late. Have called 4 times. Also they screw you on the price of the signs if you don’t buy the steaks from them, they raise the price of there signs. Then they turn around and order you the same ones you could have purchased on Amazon and increase the price. Shipping and customer service are not the best or brightest of the bunch
