Ignore consumer contract regulations. Had to charge back from my bank. Have also filed the relevant forms to have the company struck off from companies house.

Ich bin zutiefst enttäuscht von meinem Einkauf bei Silenza Gioielli. Nachdem ich eine Halskette für knapp 45€ bestellt habe, stellte ich fest, dass der gleiche Artikel auf AliExpress für nur 2,71€ erhältlich ist. Das ist eine absolute Frechheit, da es der GLEICHE Artikel ist!

Als ich die Kette erhielt, entsprach sie überhaupt nicht meinen Erwartungen. Die Qualität war minderwertig und definitiv nicht den exorbitanten Preis wert.

Daraufhin kontaktierte ich den Kundenservice, um die Kette zurückzusenden und eine Rückerstattung zu erhalten. Trotz meines Widerrufsrechts gemäß der EU-Verbraucherrechterichtlinie und dem UK Consumer Rights Act 2015, das mir erlaubt, den Kauf innerhalb von 14 Tagen nach Erhalt der Ware ohne Angabe von Gründen zu widerrufen, verweigerte der Kundenservice mir die Rückgabe.

Hier ist die Zusammenfassung meiner frustrierenden Erfahrung:

1. Überteuerte Preise: Ein Artikel, der auf AliExpress für 2,71€ erhältlich ist, wird hier für knapp 45€ verkauft. Das ist schlichtweg Wucher.

2. Minderwertige Qualität: Die gelieferte Halskette entsprach in keiner Weise den Bildern oder Beschreibungen auf der Website.

3. Schlechter Kundenservice: Trotz mehrfacher Anfragen wurde mir keine Rücksendeadresse mitgeteilt, und meine Bitte um Rückerstattung wurde ignoriert. Stattdessen erhielt ich nur ausweichende Antworten und keine wirkliche Hilfe.

4. Verweigerung gesetzlicher Rechte: Der Shop ignoriert die EU-Verbraucherrechte und den UK Consumer Rights Act 2015, die dem Käufer ein Widerrufsrecht von 14 Tagen zusichern.

Ich rate dringend davon ab, bei Silenza Gioielli zu kaufen. Dieser Shop nutzt seine Kunden schamlos aus und bietet weder faire Preise noch qualitativ vertretbare Ware, noch angemessenen Kundenservice.

I bought a product from silenzagioielli and it arrived with a very poor quality which is not as described in the advertisement, I tried to return it within the stipulated 14 days period stated on their website but they refused any return despite the fact that I even accepted to let go of 20% of the price of the product as stated on the website, they are a total rip off

This Silenza Gioielli is not serious. I made a purchase and needed to exchange the product, but they didn’t respond any emails or messages on Instagram that I sent. After some messages trying to have any contact, they blocked me on Instagram. Don't waste your time or money with this company.

ho ordinato presso "Silenza Gioielli" la collana tennis con bracciale in omaggio, vedendo la pubblicità su instagram. Ero un pò scettico, leggendo soprattutto le recensioni di clienti non propriamente soddisfatti, ma mi son fidato lo stesso in quanto la collana mi piaceva molto. Il pacco doveva arrivare entro 72 ore lavorative (secondo loro info) dal momento dell'ordine effettuato. Purtroppo non è stato così e son passate quasi 2 settimane, dal momento dell'ordine, a quando mi è stato recapitato il pacco a casa. Durante l'attesa anomala, ho chiesto più volte assistenza a Silenza ma risponde solo con e-mail pre-impostate in inglese. Sentivo già l'odore di truffa, ma, quando non ci credevo più, il pacco è arrivato!
La collana mi piace moltissimo, esattamente come da foto e video. Molto Leggera, elegante e resistente all'acqua (come riportato in pubblicità da loro). Anche il bracciale in omaggio, carino ed elegante. Tutto sommato sono soddisfatto e felice dell'acquisto, però vi raccomando di rispettare i tempi di consegna e di migliorare e (di molto) l'assistenza al cliente.

Man ist verpflichtet einen Express Versand zu nutzen welcher knapp 8 Euro kostet und Das Paket kommt nach 10 tagen immernoch nicht das ist echt nicht zu fassen.

IL bracciale tennis che ho comprato (4 pezzi) ha una chiusura diversa dalla foto IL che rende difficilissimo indossarlo se non c'é qualcuno che possa chiuderlo.
La cosa peggiore é che la garanzía non vale nulla. Due dei 4 bracciali, quelli che Ho tenuto per me, sono arrugginiti e lasciato un segno Blu sul polso. (Gli altri due li ho regalati, bella figura che faccio...) Silenza non accetta IL reso e manda uno sconto per futuri acquisti... Ma chi vuole comprare áncora da Questa azienda? Io no, e consiglio di non farlo.

I saw this company was having a promotion on their bracelets advertised on instagram, celebrating 100,000 orders or something. As a celebration they decided to lower the price of the 4mm crystal bracelets to £10. So I thought I’d look into this company and make a purchase. I then saw they were doing a “buy 1 get 3” offer on the same bracelet. I decided to go ahead with that as I could then give one to my brother and sister. Since I got the 20cm bracelets instead of the 18cm ones that were advertised (poorly since they did not state what size in the ad) they were £11 each which was fine and I saw that it was £30 minimum for free shipping. I decided to get 3 for £33 so I would get free shipping. Even though it said “buy 1 get 3” in the offer I didn’t mind paying £33 for 3. They seemed ok from the pictures yet I was confused about the price since I assumed I’d be getting 2 for free. Nonetheless I was happy paying the £33 for 3 bracelets and free shipping I didn’t really care that the advertising was misleading and confusing I just wanted the bracelets at this point.

They eventually arrived, a few days after the estimated arrival time mind you but I know that’s not necessarily this companies fault. But when I opened the parcel there was only 1 bracelet in there. Even though I paid and was expecting 3 to arrive. Disappointed, I emailed them explaining the situation and attached a photo to show that I had only received 1 when I paid for 3. I got no reply. Messaged their Instagram account. No reply. It has been over a week now and still no reply. Yet they still have the audacity to email me asking how happy I am with the product and sending me codes to save money on my next order.

Very, very poor customer service. Well, customer service seems to be non existent at this point. The bracelet itself is okay. That’s all I can say about the 4mm crystal bracelet from this company. It’s ok, nothing special and the clasp is very awkward to use.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY BUYING FROM THIS COMPANY!!! you will be disappointed and let down over mediocre products and then when you try to contact them you will not get a response.

Worst customer service and scammers.

I ordered a bracelet and never received it although it said it has been delivered.

I contacted the customer support for assistance and they told me i should contact the delivery company which couldn’t do anything. I asked for a solution from Silenza and they couldn’t offer a refund and told me i had to pay an extra £9 delivery to receive a replacement. 9 freaking pound!!!! Where is it coming from? Heaven??? They basically told me to go F myself and didn’t give me my money or my order!! Worse company ever!!!!

Seit nun einigen Tagen schreibe ich mit dem Kundenservice und versuche einen bestellten Artikel zu Widerrufen. Mir wird mein 14-Tägiges Widerrufsrecht verwehrt.

Ich bin sehr zufrieden. Top Service, rasche Lieferung und sehr hübsch der Armreif an meinem Arm zu tragen. Würde immer wieder dort einkaufen.

Es una estafa, el servicio al cliente es pésimo y no cumplen sus propias condiciones de devolución. Eso de los 14 días de devolución si cambias de opinión es FALSO, al igual que el tiempo estimado de entrega, indican que será en 3-5 días, y tardo mi pedido 8 días en salir de su almacén. Además, cuando solicité la devolución me la rechazaron. NO COMPREIS EN ESTA TIENDA, tirareis vuestro dinero, ni siquiera cumplen con la ley del consumidor.

Bought from their Facebook offer and wish I hadn’t this is a total and utter scam. Fake products, awful quality! Save yourself the time, money and effort and spend your money elsewhere. You will 100% regret your purchase and the customer service is equally as appalling. As for the spend more money for quick shipping that is the same scam it makes no difference and you receive it slowly and it is still an awful poor quality cheap product. Don’t do it!!

Terrible product and service! Be very careful to understand that these products are not as described. They give the illusion they are silver quoting 925 - but they are not they are the colour silver but actually made of brass. I guess that is why their supposed ‘offer’ is so cheap. The product is really poor quality and not worth any amount of money to be honest. There are much better and authentic offers with real 925 silver for the same price so don’t be scammed like I was. They don’t care, won’t refund even in the legal amount of time. Really poor product and worse service. If you want to go cheap and nasty looking this is your place. But I do regret not going with my instinct and trusting the clearly fake reviews.
