Silvaback Fitness is the best! Great team and Gene in particular is very motivational. I see him once a week 1 on 1 and he has got me doing stuff I wouldn't have dreamt of before. I actually enjoy exercise now and I am starting to see the impact in the mirror. Highly recommended.

I have lost 3 stone in weight over about a 12 month period. Not too bad for a 58 year old couch potato! This has only been possible by having Gene coaching me in the gym, working on my nutrition and generally pushing me to stick to my weight loss plan. I have gone from zero exercise to making training part of my daily routine, and really enjoying hitting the gym. I would thoroughly recommend using Gene to support your fitness or weight loss ambitions. I know that had I not had Genes support there is no way I would have achieved the level of fitness and weight loss that I have. It also helps that Gene is a thoroughly decent fella who is passionate about, and an expert in all things fitness related.

Silvaback has got to be the best virtual fitness app plus more! There are lots of different classes to get stuck into, from Pilates and yoga to HIIT, Bootcamp, Kettlecise and more. There are prerecorded workouts if you can’t make the live virtual classes and there are also lots of different recipes to help with healthy eating, weight loss etc.
The instructors are also brilliant, you are made to feel welcome, classes are fun as well as giving you a great workout and you feel like part of a community.
We are kept up to date with regular newsletters on what is happening and our feedback and suggestions on new classes etc. are really important to Silvaback.
So much offered for such a little monthly cost. Highly recommended.

Super passionate and knowledgeable practitioners take a vested interest in your fitness and health. The sessions are always a good laugh, but never fail to leave you covered in sweat.

More importantly, the workouts are progressive so the membership grows with you, great for beginners and people who have been working out for year.

Such a great platform! The live zoom classes are great for pushing me when I would normally slow down.
The 90 day challenge is the best - workouts (weights), live classes, weekly zoom with all other 90 day challenges, whatsapp and facebook group to keep in contact with everyone share progress, ideas and struggles, meal guides and trainer (Gene) on hand to help throughout!!
