Lovely earrings but photographed in a way that I was expecting the stones to be bigger!

Found exactly what I was looking for and bought 2 pair of earrings. They arrived within a few days and were perfect. Excellent quality and both were a very competitive price. They were well packaged for delivery and boxed with a little chocolate treat making them perfect for gifting.

Easy to order on line and fast delivery. Very happy with the items I bought (a couple of pairs of stud earrings that were on sale) the packaging is high quality and very pretty, so brilliant for gifting.

I have bought several items over the past few years and have always been happy with my purchases - until now!
In October last year I bought the Russian Wedding Bangle discounted at £159.20. What a disappointment that has proved to be. Following the instructions I keep it in its pouch, inside its box and with all my other silver jewellery. Every time I wish to wear it I have to polish it as it is badly tarnished! This spoils the pleasure of wearing it. I am careful with perfumes, body lotions etc and always clean it before storing it again.
I emailed yesterday regarding my issues, and today I received a follow-up phone call.
I was advised silver can tarnish, due to atmosphere, perfumes etc factors I am perfectly aware of. I was advised that there was no manufacturing fault and the best they could do is send me out a copy of how to care for the item. I explained I already have this and follow the recommended procedures.
Stalemate is the best way to describe the outcome.
I will not buy from them again nor will I recommend them. It's not a cheap item and I would have expected better from them in relation to customer service.

The item was easy to order from your website, and it arrived speedily and well packaged. The ring is as described, in excellent condition and is very pretty, in a nice gift box. I’m very pleased with my purchase which is intended as a 21st birthday gift for my niece .

Bought a toe ring supposedly silver, in fact it was only coated and the coating has come off after only a couple of months, it cost nearly £20 and I certainly wouldn't have paid that for just silver coating, also it should state that it is only coated, absolute rubbish!

I have bought from Silver by Mail for a few years now and was always super happy with my purchases. However my last couple of orders were extremely disappointing - the quality was definitely lacking , missing stones after one wear, misshapen after one wear and when I raised a compliant, the customer service was defensive, going as far as to say the rings were not designed to be worn everyday. If they had had weeks/months of wear that still would not have been an acceptable answer but we were talking hours. I was offered to return and refund (eventually) but as a company whose quality I once trusted, I will now no longer buy from there again sadly . I do think they could amend this by stating wear advice on their website as I would imagine consumers buy rings for constant wear and if they are not suitable for this due to materials used, they should make this apparent . Extremely disappointing and would advise asking for wear advice before purchasing.

Products are nice. Variable quality. But the customer service is awful - rude and unhelpful staff. Because of this I’m afraid I will not but from them again.

Second purchase from this company. Lovely quality and delivery as expected. Will buy from them again. Very pleased.
