These guys are amazing! I already had the thermos, hot coffee on the trail? Come on now! Lightweight made it possible! Keeps it hot, envy of all my friends! I needed a new pot/cup to replace my melted talenti(RIP) and ordered the wrong thing, I emailed them about exchange process and wowsers, their customer service is amazing! They helped me choose which one, checked back to make sure all was well, heck I even got an email on the weekend! Personal non automated responses! That is a huge win in my book. Support these guys, please, I need them to be around forever! Oh, and customer service aside, the products are awesome! Exactly what I needed!

My advice to anyone ! Buy now as the brand will take off. Amazing products at a price that is unbelievable. From someone who has predominantly Evernew and Snow Peak products👍

Das war eine längere Geschichte, weil es zunächst eine Verzögerung bei der Zustellung gab. Meine Anfrage beim Kundenservice wurde aber sehr schnell und besonders freundlich beantwortet. Da das erste Päckchen irrtümlich zurückgeschickt worden war, bekam ich sehr schnell ein neues Päckchen geschickt, mit dem alles schnell geklappt hat. Mit den bestellten Sachen( Titanbesteck, Thermobecher und Titanschälchen) bin ich sehr zufrieden. Der Becher hält stundenlang sehr heiß ( auf einer längeren Autofahrt getestet) und wirklich dicht. Auch das habe ich vor dieser Reise gründlich probiert. Weder Seitenlage noch Kopfstand waren ein Problem. Von mir gäbe es gerne auch sieben Sterne, wenn das möglich wäre- nicht nur für meine Einkäufe, sondern auch für den sehr netten Kundenservice.

I had a fantastic experience with Silver Ant Outdoors. The product is lightweight, strong, and I really love the design.
A couple of months ago I lost the water bottle cap. I reached out fully prepared to pay for a replacement, but their customer service went above and beyond. They were genuinely human, responsive, and personal. They replaced the cap for free and even followed up with a warm, thoughtful email afterward. Every time I emailed them the responses were fast and felt like they actually cared.

Highly recommend both the gear and the company behind it.

Very easy to deal with. There were actually real people involved. Quick and no hassles. Love my little tea pot. Can already anticipate lots of use. Maybe different packaging could be used. Absolutely insane gear, rock solid titanium made clearly with usability in mind and not cheap materials and profit squeezing. And also a great company, super responsive online and always happy to assist. Will deffo be back for more gear in the future.

Been using the 3 in 1 Cook set, and to have a pan that weighs less than the burger I’m cooking is incredible. All comes contained in a net bag that fits my gas bottle and stove in also, so perfect for any wild campers thinking of picking these up.

The military mess kit is also an essential in my camp bag now, 1L of water and a huge mug that I use for a bowl aswell shaped around the bottom so it takes up no extra space at all

And finally the knife, fork and spoon that weighs less than the fork alone I was taking camping before.

10/10 all round, great company great people and great products see you guys again soon!

The customer service is absolutely fantastic. This the best experience I have had with any camping/outdoor adventure company and probably in general too. Steve was responsive, understood my issues and resolved it and gave helpful suggestions even before I asked for it. That removed a lot of back and forth and made me confident on ordering from SilverAnt in the future.

I have used SilverAnt products for a while (e.g. 800ml bottle) and recently ordered some other items. Two Ti mugs, two different size water bottles. The products are all high quality with good workmanship, were well packaged and shipped more quickly than I thought they would (great tracking service from their distribution centre through to Royal Mail in the UK). I have decades of experience in the outdoors, including professionally (e.g.guiding and instruction). SilverAnt products are as good or better than any others I have used.

Unfortunately, when my package arrived one of the water bottles was missing from the order. I sent an email and got a response within 12hrs from a real person. They put the issue right with zero fuss and were very apologetic. After me confirming my details I got a notification and tracking link for the missing item within 15 mins.

Things go wrong and mistakes are made, but the way this company dealt with the issue (and the quality of their products) gives me every confidence to use them again and recommend them to others. 10/10 for quality and customer service.

Super Artikel mit einem großartigen Support bei eventuellen Fragen. Ich hatte von Anfang bis Ende mit meinen speziellen Anliegen Kontakt mit Cici. Sie hatte stets ein offenes Ohr. Gerne kaufe ich auch weitere Produkte was nicht lange auf sich warten lässt.

Excellent product, in use for 2 years. It developed a slight problem - the lid wouldn't screw onto the water bottle properly due to wear. One email (well, two, since they needed my address) and the lid was replaced exactly as they forecast.

A+ interaction; will definitely be ordering more when the need - or whim - arises.
