It’s disappointing to hear about your experience at the coffee shop. It sounds like staff may have struggled with volume of customers, I understand that bank holiday Monday was exceptionally busy which may have lead to missed opportunities to seat customers efficiently outdoors whilst serving the volume of customers indoors during the time you visited. We are truly sorry that our service didn’t meet your expectations and we will strive to improve upon this in the future.

After reviewing your feedback, I regret to inform you that we are unable to offer the pots at a lesser price. However, I assure you that we take your feedback seriously, and I will personally investigate the situation to address the communication discrepancies within our team.
