Please do no purchase anything from this company ~ Silversal‼️I purchased 2 jumpsuits on 6/13/25. At the bottom of the receipt in their email said, “track package below.” However, I felt something was off because there was “no legitimate tracking information!”
On June 20, 2025 they claim my jumpsuits were shipped. I contacted them via email on July 3, 2025, and they did not respond. I contacted them again via email on July 8, 2025 ~ no response. Finally on July 9, 2025 after I requested a full refund and I said “I will report you to Better Business Bureau, and Trust Pilot, the sent a vague email:
Your parcel is still on the way to you, please wait few days more,sorry for delay.

I asked them for an exact timeline, of course, no response. I will never order from Facebook again!
PLEASE Report to “The Fraud Department” IMMEDIATELY at your Bank if it takes longer than a month, and they may give you a temporary credit. Otherwise, you may never see that hard earned money you spent again!

My bank gives the Merchant 3-months for the entire process. The merchant knows they can hold your money and decide if they will contest it.

I placed an order on 5/24/25. Today is 7/9 & my friend STILL HAS NOT RECEIVED IT!! When I contacted Silversal on 6/15 after i checked the tracking. They gave me a canned response....it's on the way. Whatever!!! I am so disappointed. The tracking still shows it's in GUANGZHOU, whereever the heck that is. It's like loaning money to someone that I know I won't get back. My mistake, no one else's. PLEASE DON'T SUPPORT THIS BUSINESS. PURELY A SCAM!!

7/21/25 UPDATE: The company sent an email (without a tracking #) stating the package was delivered. MY FRIEND HAS NOT RECEIVED IT AND I'M NOT GETTING A RESPONSE TO MY INQUIRY. Just wanted you to know.

I bought two (2) “Coach Outfits” & they Are EXCELLENT! They’re made of superb quality, they’re true to size & the Quality Top Shelf! I’ll certainly be ordering more.

DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM SILVERSAL. I purchased an African Print jumpsuit (Black) background. First of all it took forever to get to me (over 4 weeks), then the material was inferior(cheap). I would not wear it in public. Cheap materia. Pictures on the website looks good, but that’s about all.

It was simple enough for me as an elder to use the website

Everything on the site is beautiful and the prices are just right!

The process was seamless! The items I chose are Works Of Art! I just pray they fit(😂)! Either way I am extremely pleased with my purchase!

You have many products that I am interested in. The only thing is I have made 3 purchases and have not received any of my merchandise yet. What is taking so long to receive them? And how come you don't give shipping information?

It was seamless. I easily placed my order. I think the sizes should have more clarity for the average shopper online. Figure out a way to see how certain things fit on different body shapes and sizes.

First of all. I had to wait too long to receive it. I had to remind them via email several times that I had not received my order. My order came on Friday, June 20th, and it did not look at all like the advertisement. I want to send it back to them, and I will never order anything from them again. The fabric is cheap-looking, and the pattern is all wrong!
