Ordered item a month ago. I received an email the order was shipped with a tracking number. When I search the tracking number and order number the item cannot be found. No response from the company when requested a refund.

UPDATE: In my last disappointed review of 5th Feb I said if I received my items I will give an update. I've finally received my order, albeit nearly 7 weeks later. Ordered 3 to shirts and very pleased with 2 of them;the prints are vibrant just as advertised. However, the third to shirt is made from a slightly different type material (almost polyester feel) print not too bad. Overall, I'm pleased, shame about the delay in delivery otherwise I would buy other items.

I loved the style and design of sweater however had lint rolls along the sleeves within an hour of wearing it

My purchase was awesome, I immediately turn around and order more. I will be ordering much from this company. My order took quite a while for me to received which I don’t understand why.

I still haven't received my order and it's been almost a month.

I have never received my package from the company it was ordered back in January of 2025. I have sent several emails with no reply. I also attempted to check the tracking through The courier they said they were using and they did not recognize the tracking number. The gentleman even stated that it could be potential fraud and to call my bank. This was my order number in case they ever look at this review57813. I would not recommend purchasing anything from this company.

I ordered a 2xl Leo outfit I have yet to receive my order. I keep telling them I have not received it with no response.

First time purchasing on this site. Very easy and seamless process. I look forward to receiving this order. If this arrives and looks as I believe it will, I think I will be a repeat customer.

Do not purchase from this company!!! It has been four months and I have not received my order. They do not have an address or telephone number under their website and the email they provide; the representative kept saying it was coming, and after four months, they mention they have an issue with my address! BS! Just warning!!!

As of 2/22/25 apparently i gave a positive review before my now order experience.
I placed an order earlier this month, received a confirmation. Now when trying to go to the store I get an error message, tried to track the irder # and receive a message like no information. I have emailed the co.pany as of 2/21/25. No response yet. If no response by 2/24/25 I'm contacting Klarna and my bank. Here we are amyet another fraudulent shady company online.

Your company appears to be operating in a deceptive manner. The website fails to clearly disclose that shipments originate from overseas. Additionally, the return address is not provided, and the package I received, which contained a single item, has a fraudulent American address lacking a building number, rendering it impossible to return the item. Furthermore, you sent me a shipping address for China instead of one within the United States. This situation exemplifies a scam. Despite my request to refrain from shipping the remaining items, as I require them before January 5th, you continue to proceed with the shipment. This is unequivocally a scam. The cost of returning the item to China exceeds its actual value, and the product does not match what was advertised. This constitutes theft and a scam directed at American customers and anyone outside of China. I have lodged a complaint with Facebook regarding your practices that enable such fraudulent activities. Its almost March I have yet to receive the rest of the items and the company refuse to refund my money

I placed a order two hoodies on January 10th 2025 never received my items it is now February 16 2024 over a month later and nothing I contacted their customer service numerous times about my order the 3rd time I asked for a refund

Made a purchase for easy pays first payment was taken out then it was returned then it was taken out again. What’s going on? I called the bank. They told me to notify PayPal. I tried PayPal now. I’m trying.

This company is the worst. They do not reply they gave me a tracking number that does not work I have not received any updates regarding my order. I have been waiting for my order for over 3 weeks. Do Not order from this company be warned DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY

I ordered from this company, I still haven't received my merchandise, tracking number. Nothing. I believe they are scamming people. I want a refund ASAP
