Silvertime is a complete disaster – stay far away!

We trusted Silvertime with my mother’s estate and a trust account, and it was a total nightmare. A YEAR of ignoring messages, constant excuses, and blaming Metro for their failures – meanwhile, nothing got done. We got a partial refund, but the damage was done.

After five months of their useless “work,” I had to step in and fix everything myself in just three weeks. Every single thing they did had to be scrapped and redone. Unprofessional, incompetent, and utterly unreliable – Silvertime stole our time, Money and caused endless stress, and achieved nothing.

Do yourself a favour: avoid them at all costs.

Ben was very nice, could answer all my questions, checked in, explained everything very well, updated me all the way, overall a very proffecional service

Great customer service and dealt with all the concerns I had. I was able to phone and speak personally to Sue who was lovely.

It wasn't as complicated to sort out as we thought it may have been and considering the time of year, drawn up quite quickly. David made sure we were happy with the documents to proceed with completion.
Our return of them took slightly longer than we would have liked but we were not badgered about this.

Friendly and helpful. We knew wills and POA’s would take time however quite quick really. A few alterations required but dealt with.

The very first contact was a phone call which was answered very quickly and an appointment was agreed. Sam came out to see us was very helpful gave us information we were not aware of but everything was put in motion this was attended to in good time so we were vey satisfied with the progress
There were a few little hiccups which hopefully will now have been resolved the only downside for us these past few days having had requests for further info which has been sent and requested acknowledgment that the answers were satisfactory up to this moment in time I have not received any acknowledgment of receipt of these
Which i sincerely hope will be rectified very soon but as previously stated the experience has been satisfactory
