It was a bit of a nightmare for Julie as I kept having to change our holidays dates but Julie was always helpful , nothing was too much trouble

Jayne is amazing!
When speaking with Jayne Kerrigan there is nothing which is too much trouble she is so helpful and knowledgeable. Even the little things like booking our flight seats to sending over the boarding passes it just made everything so less stressful!

Linsay Glaze organised a fabulous trip for us to India She listened to our requests, to visit the historic temples, palaces combined with some relaxed days. After looking at several different tours, that is exactly what was delivered. I would definitely use her to advise us on our next adventure. Thank you.

Thank you Jayne Kerrigan for helping to make a our experience of traveling to New Zealand one to remember. Especially grateful for the quick response when I wanted to delay my return and change the flight.
All went well with the exception of the return flight with Malaysian Airlines for Tim. He arrived back in the UK a day late and was unable to start back at work.

Superb! Lorraine listened to our ideas and came up with a variety of suitable option's using her vast knowledge of the island. Our holiday was reasonably priced and suited our requirements perfectly. I would definitely recommend Lorraine for holiday ideas and bookings.

The ability of our travel advisor (Jayne Kerrigan) to listen to our criteria, understand it and then match it. Everything was just perfect, from before the trip, during the trip and the return journey home. I wanted to surprise my wife for christmas with this special trip, and it turned out to be the best holiday ever, and we have had a few. On top of this experience Jayne managed it all within our budget. perfect

Silver travel organised our trip to New Zealand Australia and Thailand. This entailed quite a lot of flights and transfers as well as hotel bookings. They also organised guided tours of all these destinations. Everything went extremely smoothly and the guide we had were excellent. The accommodation was really good as well And exactly what we wanted. Overall, we had a superb experience and we would recommend silver travel advisors to anyone wishing to travel somewhere new, especially if they are unsure of what they need to do.

I would like to highly recommend Jayne Kerrigan from Silver Travel. She has been most helpful in selecting various options for my trip to Costa Rica and helping me to narrow them down to my final selection.
She has also helped me during the trip ensuring I have been checked in and answering any questions I had.
The trip was a huge success!

I would highly recommend Jayne from Silver travel. She has helped us with so many of our trips. She helped us with our honeymoon and found us a n excellent secret spot in Puglia. She also helped us recently with a trip to Mauritius. Jayne is always very helpful and lovely to work with - making sure you have everything you need and checking everything is all good with your holiday.

I would highly recommend Kerry from Silver Travel Advisor. In my experience she goes the extra mile to ensure that any holiday booked through her completely meets your requirements- with no ‘hard selling’. She works hard to answer any questions you may have and is always happy to contact the tour operator to request additional information if required. Any queries are always responded to in a really timely manner.
Sadly last year I had to cancel 2 holidays booked through Kerry due to a medical emergency. She handled everything really efficiently and sympathetically and made a difficult experience much less stressful.
I hope to book many holidays with Kerry in the future.

Julie was amazing. Listened to the requirements, asked about things I hadn't thought of and came back with options the next day. Very helpful and offered good advice. Can't rate her highly enough and would definitely recommend to anyone.

Just got back from a fabulous trip to Hong Kong, and Asia. Our travel advisor Jayne was excellent, very professional and very helpful and we would definitely recommend her to our friends.

Have booked our second holiday with Leanne. She is an amazing travel consultant with so much knowledge, and nothing is too much of an ask for her. She helped us make our New York trip magical and we now have another holiday booked for us to enjoy. Thank you Leanne you’re amazing. 🙂

We have booked our family holiday with Leanne at Silver Travel Advisor and couldn't be happier with the personal service we have received.
There are a large number of us travelling to celebrate a special birthday. Nothing was too much trouble, from checking different dates, durations and flight times, to getting the best room types for us, to make sure we were able to book the trip that was right for us.

Just booked our family holiday. We booked our holiday with silver travel advisor Deborah Degrassi, she was extremely helpful finding us our perfect destination. Will definitely be contacting Deborah to organise any future trips. Would highly recommend using Silver travel.
