Happy with the product
Happy with the product however my husband had to re-drill some Holes where you have to remove the hooks first. The holes provided were in the wrong place , should have been checked by the supplier.

Great customer service Kelly was very helpful. We ordered two mirrors unfortunately one was broken not Silvertrees fault. We sent a picture and Kelly organised another one to be sent straight away. I would highly recommend this company will use them again. Thank you.

Delivery for a Party
The product (I e. The equipment hired) was good quality, clean and in good condition.
Communication was generally good and I was kept informed through the process and when my delivery was running late due to traffic they were able to reassure me and my order did arrive on the due date after 7pm to ensure I had everything in good time for my event.
Throughout the process I was impressed with the staff who were attentive and enthusiastic, even the delivery drivers were in good spirits and took time to chat even though they'd had a long day in heavy traffic by the time they reached me.
I was genuinely very pleased with the service and would not hesitate to use them again in the future.

I previously reviewed and gave 1star due to delays. I now have my wardrobe and am delighted with it. My brother put it together which was easy but he did mention that hinges were very weak and the factory had drilled too many holes but it hasn’t affected it.
Very pleased now with the company
