In your case, we provided multiple complimentary data transfers as a goodwill gesture.
Your current request, however, is technically impossible for any operator, as data cannot be moved between activated eSIM profiles.
We also requested the required device screenshot several times to verify the issue, but did not receive it.
We remain ready to assist you as soon as we receive the necessary information and communication remains respectful.

Hi SimInfinity Team,

I’m experiencing major problems with the eSIM I purchased from you. The connection is unstable and frequently drops in multiple locations. The data speeds are very slow and the overall quality is poor.

The bigger issue is that the data usage shown on your website is incorrect. I only use this phone for one purpose, and I have my own phone’s usage records as proof. I do not use Wi-Fi at all — only your eSIM. Right now, your system shows that I have only 168 MB remaining out of 1024 MB, which is not accurate according to my device.

It appears that your system is overcounting data usage, which would be misleading and potentially illegal. I need this issue investigated and corrected immediately, and I expect my full data balance to be restored.

If this is not resolved promptly, I will file a formal complaint with consumer protection agencies and payment processors.

Please confirm that you’ve received this and are addressing it.

No reception in Machu Picchu région, good in Cusco. No reception in Ausangate region either. Simfinity is using only Movistar network in Peru. Claro network is superior and working in Machu Picchu region, for Ausangate you are better with Bitel network.
