Fantastic service from a superb…
Fantastic service from a superb company. Even when one of my orders was incorrect due to an error their end, they got straight on the case and had a new product delivered to the customer the next day. Products are great quality too.

Had to return all items
Unfortunately all the boxes I recieved weren’t as pictured and were therefore returned asap. The lids were black and the boxes brown. I did order an acrylic topped box, which was a thing of beauty tbh, but there was no clasp or magnet and any movement of the box meant the acrylic fell out. These do have sharp edges also, and felt these would not be appropriate / sage for my clients who 9/10 have families. So this was returned also.
I would consider using the company in the future if these issues were rectified because the quality was good.

Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review. The wooden boxes will show a degree of variation in grain and colour due to the nature of the product. It is not possible to ensure that all the combined elements of each box, i.e the sides, base, compartment and lids, will be from the same tree. Whilst these colour differences are unavoidable and vary on each box, it is designed to add to the natural aesthetic of the product and make every box individual. However I'm very pleased to hear that you were happy with our quality and hope that in the future you might consider a different product from our range that might be more suitable for your needs.

The customer service isn't very good
The customer service isn't very good. I have been a client for around 15 years and the prices were still too high. I asked for test prints for each page but this was denied as there have been mistakes on pages in the past this would ensure everything was right. I use another company who are cheaper better quality and they provide me with a test print of every page every time I order and I probably spend £5000 a year or more with the company who now have my business because of this. Very disappointing.

We're very sorry to hear that you feel as though we haven't been as helpful as possible, this is certainly not our intention.
With regards to our pricing, we're proud that we have managed to hold prices as steady as we possible can over the past 5 years, especially compared to other rises in our industry. We have not applied any major increases and kept all album base prices the same for a number of years. Whilst our own supplier costs have increased in some cases over 200% for certain materials during the past 3 years, we know its important to keep prices consistent for photographers who are selling albums sometimes years in advance, so we choose to support out community first.
Unfortunately as discussed we cannot test print an entire album on every occasion free of charge, I'm afraid it would not be viable. I am however very pleased to hear you've found a solution that works for you and your business. If you do ever need anything at all please feel free to get in touch, we're always here to help.
