I had a great experience using this simpal eSIM. The setup was quick and easy, and I was able to get connected without the hassle of buying a physical SIM card. The internet connection was reliable and fast throughout my trip, which made using maps, WhatsApp, social media, and browsing very convenient.
The pricing was also reasonable compared with international roaming charges. Overall, it’s a convenient and hassle-free option for anyone travelling abroad. I would definitely use this eSIM again.

We’re sorry to hear you experienced slow speeds! We checked your connection logs on our network portal, and we can see your 5GB plan is fully active but with virtually zero data transmitted so far.
When a travel eSIM shows signal bars but data speeds are non-existent, it almost always means Data Roaming is turned OFF for the secondary (Simpal) eSIM in your phone settings. Travel eSIMs require Data Roaming to be toggled ON to allow high-speed data flow through local partner networks abroad.
How to fix this in 10 seconds:
Go to Settings $\rightarrow$ Cellular / Mobile Data.
Select your Simpal eSIM line.Toggle Data Roaming to ON.
Switch Airplane Mode ON for 10 seconds, then OFF.

Quality is not good
Purchased for the first time for my trip. Prices are affordable but quality of the Internet is not that good. Even though it shows 5 G.
