I felt that Sean was very patient and took time to explain the process in stages. I had a few concerns about my kids and how they would cope when i die as they all have autism. I now feel confident that I've made the correct decisions throughout the whole process. The gentleman I spoke with was called Will, it was a great appointment, he explained in detail all aspects of the “Will Process”. Any questions I had I had no problem putting them to Will and he would explain more in detail. I thoroughly enjoyed the appointment and learnt a lot! As I said to Will I was happy to go away following the phone conversation and explain the whole process back to my father. He would then have the piece of mind that his daughter has a plan going forward.

I contacted simpler law to draw up a basic will so that there was a clear and concise understanding of what I wanted after my death. This was done very quickly and accurately and my documents are safely stored for later use. I was kept informed throughout the process. I liked the way that I could do everything via telephone conversations so that I didn’t have to attend at any offices in person. Staff were very helpful.
