Based in the traditional heartland of furniture making, our workshops have some of the finest furniture makers and upholsterers in the country and they love what they do. Every piece we create is exclusive and handmade just for you. We don’t hold stock, so each item is a one-off commission that has its own individual characteristics and charm. Looking for a new Chesterfield? Don't go anywhere else!
We cannot recommend Simply Chesterfields highly enough. From our first enquiry Finn was extremely helpful and - importantly - patient whilst we considered different styles, sizes, materials and colours before finally coming to a decision. The whole process was kept simple and stress free. We ordered 4 sofas and Finn kept us updated on the progress of manufacturing and delivery dates. The quality of the sofas is absolutely fabulous and we could not be happier with them. If you are going to invest in new furniture, you want to be sure that your choice is the right one - and with the great support provided by Finn we knew we had made the right decision from the start. We’re so happy with the quality of our new Chesterfield. It’s incredibly solid, beautifully made and most importantly, very comfortable. You can immediately tell that this isn’t mass produced furniture thrown together in a factory.
Simply Chesterfields clearly puts a great deal of care and craftsmanship into what they produce. It feels properly built to last and the quality is genuinely A+.
The store itself is very welcoming and definitely worth a visit before making your purchase as it gives you the chance to see and appreciate the quality of the furniture in person.

Darcy 3 seater
What a great experience. Finn offers a great customer experience, answers all questions promptly and accurately with nothing being any trouble.
The delivery service is also superb.
Our Darcy 3 seater is so much better than other Chesterfields we have owned.
A good old fashioned shopping experience.

I’d been looking at Chesterfield sofas…
I’d been looking at Chesterfield sofas for a while, when I came across Simply Chesterfields. Finn was very helpful and patient as I couldn’t make up my mind on the colour. I eventually settled for two sofas and a chair in Vintage Otter Brown velvet. Living in Scotland I wasn’t able to see or try the sofas, but they are perfect. The workmanship is second to none. I am delighted with my choice. Delivery was very straightforward. I received a phone call on the Friday and delivery was completed on the Monday morning..
All in all I have had an excellent experience with Simply Chesterfields and am already considering purchasing another chair.

Leather Chesterfield
We purchased a leather Chesterfield and very pleased with it. Had a small split in the leather when first delivered, not sure how, but there was no hassle and Finn at Simply Chesterfield sorted for us without any fuss and all is good now.
Not the cheapest, but the quality is great. Only had a couple of days so not sure what it will be like long term but having lounged on it about an hour last night I can vouch for it being comfortable for a Chesterfield

A great range of products and service
A great range of products and absolutely outstanding service. A visit to the shop was well worthwhile to talk through options and understand the available colours and textures in more detail. There is no pressure and a real desire to make sure you buy the best sofa or chair for your needs.
As a result I am delighted with my new Chesterfield which is beautifully made and a real feature in my room.

Good overall experience in dealing with SC and highly recommend.
Our experience in dealing with SC has been very good. We ordered two large Sofas and a footstall all made to meet our own customized specification and are very pleased with the final results. I would advise if possible to visit the shop in person as we did to discuss any modifications and to make a choice of leather, looking at pictures is one thing but is no substitute for seeing the real thing. We did encounter some problems with our initial delivery but we have to say that SC were extremely good at accepting our complaints and literally bent over backwards to correct things to our satisfaction.

Absolutely amazing sofas, worth every penny
Everything was professional from the moment we made enquiries. I wanted a sprung base as fed up of spending a fortune to have to replace seat cushions after a year. Finn got in touch and said he could make our chesterfield without the button base. I enquired about longer legs as worried about a lower seat than my current sofa and they sent an extra set for me.
Quality made sofa, lovely deep seats, quality fabric. I cannot fault this company at all. The delivery guys were absolutely great and super respectful of our home, credit to their company. I wanted to add a photo but it’s not letting me

Great honest service from Finn and his…
Great honest service from Finn and his Dad. Visited the website. Then visited his shop in Farnham. All the leathers were there to select from and all the variety of models of chairs, chesterfields and footstools. Even though I was nursing two broken ribs chair was and is super comfortable. All handmade in the UK in Lancashire and Kent. Prices super competitive and half the price of so called Italian sofas. Seats can be restuffed easily if necessary but should last 15 years! from order to delivery really was 6 weeks!!! and the delivery men were (my wife says) lovely.
