Awesome Customer Support
We have been a customer of Simply Cloud (previously known as Tagadab) for over 10 years using their VPS, Dedicated and Cloud servers which have always been very reliable. Sites run very quickly and uptime is excellent.
Customer support has always been very responsive, knowledgeable and quick to help with any issues we have had over the years.
We would highly recommend Simply Cloud if you need reliable UK hosting services.

If customer service is important to you then this is the right company for you. My last 4 experiences with Simply Hosting were brilliant. I had prepared myself for the interminable wasted time waiting for somebody to answer - got my coffee - took a Valium tablet to calm me down - then within a minute or less I was speaking to somebody that each and every time were able to answer my questions. Soooo impressed. Take a well earned bow boys and maybe girls...?

Great support
I have used Simply Cloud (Tagadab) for many years now because they give me confidence in knowing there is always great support at hand. They are polite, knowledgeable and very helpful. They go above and beyond.
Servers are reliable
I honestly didn't have much of a big issue with servers, but the horrible attitude of the Credit control guy (didn't want to name)
Most people can provide good service, but not happy with the way they communicate.
Edit 1: now its sorted by someone else in the company finally, so changed the rating.

Allround excellent.
I've had a Virtual Personal Server (VPS) with Simply Cloud for about 10 years ( since they were known as Tagadab.
Their uptime is very impressive... can't remember the last time there was an unscheduled downtime, and Customer Support is excellent ... polite, friendly, fast and efficient whether via Support Ticket or 'phone.
I've always recommend them to my own clients and several have thanked me for doing so.

Simply Cloud have provided first class support. Their service is prompt, friendly, knowledgeable and efficient.
Horrible
Horrible service. Terrible control panel. Prices are very high after your trial period and it’s impossible to cancel so you end up paying for months while waiting for a response to your support ticket.

Best support of any organisation I deal with
I've been with Simply Cloud/Tagadab for 10 years. Their servers are very reliable and their support is the best of any organisation that I deal with. The speed of response, politeness and knowledge is very impressive. Staff respond as if it is their own problem. It is hugely appreciated.
Logging on issues
Came back after 10 days hols to find my server link down. Expected to have to wait at least 3 or 4 days for a reply but response received within 10 mins and problem solved within the hour. Excellent service and highly recommended.

Great service, I would recommend
This is an update after Speaking with simply hosting..
About the service itself .
I'm genuinely surprised how well even an extremely basic virtual server performs like my own. The only reason its a 4 star rating right now and not a 5 is I had some minor issues getting in contact with themselves. They obviously do care as they have called and gone through the issues i had with getting in contact, I will definitely change this to a 5 star rating when the issues are resolved. I can see this service being really great commercial use and the service so far for myself has had 100% uptime

Good help from finance support team
I paid the invoice with SimplyHosting, my online banking app confirmed that £17.99 had been charged to PoundHost. After contacting their online support I was told that they had not recieved it and the transaction had timed out.
No attempt was made by their support to resolve the issue.
Edit: On the Monday the finance team were really helpful and managed to get this issue resolved quickly, may have just been a rogue support agent.

Risk of identity theft
They ask for identification documents, ie passport or other which can be used for identitytheft.
I am not applying for a bankloan, but trying to buy a service.
I also dont hand over a copy of my ID when I order a pizza.

Excellent customer service and support. Always there to help with enquiries and prompt answering of questions. I would definitely recommend SimplyHosting on the basis of their brilliant customer support and advice. Very competitive pricing structure too!
Good experience with them
Good experience with them. Low cost Windows VPS servers and very responsive tech support. Basically, you need to know what you are doing when you order hosting from them. I found the performance of their Windows VPS servers to be much better when compared to Amazon VPS, which are much more expensive. Ok the dashboard is simple but thats the idea with Simply.
