Terrible delivery, plants thrown all over box, out of their pits, and broken.
Very poor quality plants.

5* for customer service
5* for customer service. My plant was incorrectly delivered to the wrong address. I contacted Simply Plants and without delay or fuss my issue was sorted.

Very easy to order
Very easy to order, delivered very quickly, and 4 very healthy looking small shrubs. Good value for money for 5ltr pots.
Only thing is i can't see on your website where to buy live plants, all advertised seem to be artificial plants for offices?

I ordered 2 plants for a friends…
I ordered 2 plants for a friends birthday. We had arranged to go out on the day the delivery was to arrive. I left a note on the door and the back gate open hoping it would be left through the gate. When we arrived home the plants were beside the back door which was great.
