Antwoord van simply plants

Hi Elli,

Thank you for your feedback. We’re sorry to hear that one of the trays arrived in poor condition and that the plants have struggled since planting. We understand how disappointing this must be, particularly when the other plants are thriving.

We’d really appreciate the opportunity to look into this further and help resolve the issue for you.

Hannah, Customer Care
