Birthday Gift arrived on time
Delivered on time directly to my Grandson - I had forgotten about the bank holiday and we were away, so I had the gift sent directly to my Grandson in time for his birthday, so was pleased that I was able to do this and it arrived within a couple of days of placing my order with tracking provided so I could ensure my daughter knew when to expect a parcel

Arrived & received safely & on time.

First time ordering from this small company and I will 100% order again. I’ve always been a dubious ordering Tonies from anywhere but the tonie site but they’re amazing! Thank you SSL ⭐️

This was my first time ordering from Simply So Lovely, and I 100% will order from them in the future. I’ve always been a bit dubious about buying Tonies from elsewhere, but you can not fault SSO.

Fantastic supplier and quick delivery

I brought 3 Tonies for £40, Excellent Value for money. I ordered them & 3 days later they arrived in lovely packaging and gift wrapped. I would recommend this shop & service to everyone & anyone who is looking for a Tonie or Multiple Tonies, Amazing Bianca

This is the first time I’ve bought from this business, and I was really pleased with the whole transaction. They stock lovely clothes and I found a Villervalla fleece at a terrific price - came across the business via Facebook and the whole transaction was very smooth. Received very quickly, well packaged, and of course a gorgeous good quality product. Thanks so much!

The BEST customer service I've recieved from any company, bianca called me after I enquired for a specific tonie I was looking for and found it and included it in our subscription service. We get 2 tonies a month off a list I've chosen from and she ensures we don't get any duplicates! Such a fantastic small business
