Simply Underlay Reviews

First time i have ordered from this company and i was very impressed. The underlay i purchased was good quality and at a very competitive price. delivery was also very quick indeed, arriving only 2 days later. thank you very much.

Great customer service, sent a replacement very quickly after the 1st one went missing.

Didn’t have an issue with the buying process. The problem was that the delivery driver left the underlay out on the lane in the rain , 4 large rolls . So basically he unloaded them no more than 5m from the back of his van. I had no notification that the delivery had taken place.

Decent service, could be cheaper tho

Good customer service competitive price and regular updates on delivery.

Website was easy to use, finding what we needed and ordering was a simple process. Communication was excellent and delivery was very quick. The product was too notch and at a good price.

I purchased a roll of tredaire red underlay as we are having a new carpet and decided that only part of the room takes a lot of foot traffic so not all underlay needed replacing. After laying the roll that I purchased we realised that it was far inferior to the original, by that you could easily feel under foot that it was thinner and poor quality. I was unable to send it back because we had opened it and after a lot of emails with simply underlay got absolutely nowhere. I would not purchase anything from this company again. 25 pound delievery and if I had realised that this was a sub standard product they sold me before opening It i would had to pay the same again to return it. Keep away from this company.

It was advertised as comparable to 'cloud 9' underlay, which I have used in the past. It was cheaper to buy and as usual you pay for what you get. It does work as an underlay but it's not as comfortable as the cloud 9.
