Clinical site in Huntington Beach was amazing, clean and staff was brilliant, welcoming and trained my cohort extremely well and with the most professionalism. This program is unprofessional and a scam. They are inconsistent, unorganized, and rude all for the price of over 2k. It's absolutely ridiculous how they treat students and expect us to learn. my clinicals have been cancelled, moved, and my instructor is rude. they clearly has bias against certain students, and does not monitor nor follow the rules of the program. Their organizational methods are also a joke as they messed up my documents two days before clinicals started and made me pay 200$ out of pocket to fix it. Furthermore, the facility we are at doesn't even have room to accommodate our class size and it is extremely unfortunate that we have a learning environment like it to the grand total of 2k. Do not use this program

My clinical instructor was great
My clinical instructor was great, but my experience with SisuCare was completely unacceptable. During clinicals, I caught chickenpox and missed two days because I was genuinely sick. Since I knew attendance was important, I contacted Student Support—the department that is supposed to provide accurate information. I was clearly told that because I had already completed enough clinical hours, I did not need to make up the additional day I missed and that I had nothing to worry about.
I relied on that information. Then, after I completed all of my clinicals and waited the full 10 business days for my certification to be processed, I was suddenly told that I did have to make up the missed day after all. If I had been given the correct information from the beginning, I would have scheduled the make-up day immediately instead of wasting weeks waiting for a certification that was never going to be issued.
This wasn’t my mistake—it was the result of SisuCare providing inaccurate and conflicting information. Their lack of communication, poor organization, and failure to keep students properly informed has now delayed my certification, postponed my ability to start working, and cost me valuable time and income. It’s incredibly frustrating that students are expected to deal with the consequences of mistakes made by the very people who are supposed to guide them.
If you’re considering SisuCare, be prepared for inconsistent information and unnecessary delays. I cannot recommend this program based on my experience.

Best CNA school in Sacramento
I had a great experience completing the CNA program at SisuCare in Sacramento. The instructors were knowledgeable, patient, and always willing to help. The self paced theoretical training was the best part as I could complete it while working full time while the clinical training was fully hands-on, and prepared me with the skills and confidence I needed for my CNA career. I was 10 minutes late to 1 class
I was 10 minutes late to 1 class . Ok whatever I'll make up the 10 minutes. My makeup was scheduled over a month out and required me to makeup 4 hours. Ok again whatever let's just get it over with so I can move on ! Nope. Called to confirm my time and date because the email they were going to send me with all the info never showed up . Of course it didn't . The instructor miss Margaret cancelled the class . I was not going to be informed. Once again scheduled my makeup for June 14th exact words " if the instructor doesn't cancel again " . My class ended April 21st . I will send you an email with the details . Still no email. I can almost guy you she's gonna cancel that class as well. This is the BIGGEST complaint with this company. I read the reviews and thought nah it can't be that bad .. NO NO it really is do not do it ! I drove 4 hours every weekend to get to class and I was late 1 time just 10 minutes . I will continue to write these reviews every time my life is delayed because of this company. I am literally stuck in California until I finish this class . I had planned on being in Missouri with my for her hip replacement on May 5th as my class ended April 21st . I still can't get to her because this company. I will continue to write reviews every month on every site I can find until it's over. Do not go with sisucare !
