Absolute disaster service

Absolute disaster service, unprofessional, uneducated people working here.
I initially decided to host my 100+ client's websites here but I am not satisfied with their service and unresponsive nature. I have cancelled almost my all hostings and will never do business with sitecountry again.

Unreliable Hosting Service – Not a Trusted Company, Think 100 Times Before Buying

I had a very disappointing experience with this hosting service.

All my websites suddenly disappeared from my hosting account without any prior notice, which caused serious disruption to my work. This clearly raises concerns about their reliability and data safety.

The most concerning part is that this is not a reputed hosting company but rather a reseller service. Because of this, the level of control, security, and support is highly questionable.

Before purchasing hosting from them, I strongly suggest thinking 100 times. If your data and website matter to you, it’s better to go with a trusted and established provider.

Overall, a very poor experience with unreliable service and unsatisfactory support.

Worthless

Worth experience ever .
After purchasing they never respond us.
Never recieved call no reply from message or ticket

Everyday I face issue..
Now I really frustrated that's what I just leave their server.
Site country it's an have requeste to you please close your business and refund everyone money..
And one more request to Google please blacklist them.

I paid for their top-tier server

I paid for their top-tier server, but out of nowhere, my server went completely down showing a "license expired" error. This is a ridiculous issue to face when you have paid for a premium plan. When I urgently reached out to get this critical problem fixed, their customer support completely ignored my messages and refused to connect on a call. I had no choice but to shift my hosting to another provider. Completely useless service, never trust them!

SiteCountry support is extremely…

SiteCountry support is extremely disappointing. Getting help from their team feels impossible. Their live chat is rarely available — sometimes it’s on, sometimes it’s off, depending on their mood. It seems like only one or two agents handle everything.

When you submit a ticket, even after 24 hours the only response you get is: “We are working on your issue.” The same generic reply comes on WhatsApp as well, with no real solution.

Calling them is useless because the phone number is usually switched off.

Overall, their customer support is unreliable, slow, and unprofessional. I would not recommend this service to anyone who expects timely and proper support.

Bad Hosting Company

On 10 February 2026, I purchased the SiteCountry Cloud Elite Enterprises hosting plan for ₹16,992.00 INR.

However, as an honest paying customer, I have been extremely disappointed with the service.

Customer support has been very poor — I raised multiple tickets, but the team either couldn't answer properly or took a very long time to respond (one recent reply came literally 5 hours later).

The biggest issue is that the hosting performance is not good: my website speed is very slow, and the overall experience has been frustrating.

I have now raised multiple tickets requesting immediate cancellation of my hosting plan and a full refund, but I have received no proper response or resolution so far.

Please process my refund as soon as possible.

I would appreciate a quick resolution to this matter. Thank you."

Totally Waste & Miserable Experience

My experience with SiteCountry Hosting has been extremely disappointing. I faced back-to-back downtime, and worst of all, I lost my data. This is unacceptable for any hosting provider.

Their support is very poor — no proper response, no clear updates, and no responsibility taken when issues occur. I had to follow up multiple times, and still the problems were not resolved.

If you value uptime, data safety, and reliable support, I strongly recommend avoiding SiteCountry Hosting. This has been a waste of time, money, and effort.

Worst service I ever had

Worst service I ever had. Frequent downtime. From yesterday my website is completely down. There chat service not working. They don't respond to Ticket replies. I am trying from 10 days TICKET no. 957355.. no response.. new Ticket created today 587403..also no response

Worst customer support

Worst customer support, they don't give replies on time. I raised a support ticket on Sunday and till Wednesday I am waiting for reply and contact multiple times on live chat too but there response is "your issue is forward to concerned team they will revert you on same ticket".

And don't go with there affiliate program bcz they in the end when you are close to fulfill there payout criteria they don't approve your commission and don't revert.

SiteCountry Hosting = FRAUD & ZERO SUPPORT

Maine SiteCountry se 5 saal ki hosting li, aur sirf 3 mahine ke andar website multiple times phishing ka shikar ho gayi. Har baar clean karta hoon, lekin issue fir repeat hota hai – clearly unka server secure nahi hai.

Support ka bolte hain WhatsApp, Telegram, Ticket sab available hai, lekin reality me 2–3 din baad ticket ka reply aata hai, wo bhi bina solution ke.
Ab to WhatsApp, Telegram, Ticket, LinkedIn – kahin bhi reply nahi aata.

Refund ke liye ticket dala, 10 din baad reply mila:
“Hamari services chal rahi hain, isliye refund nahi milega.”

Agar services chal rahi hoti to roz issues aur roz tickets kyun hote?
Is hosting ki wajah se 3 clients already chhod chuke hain aur mujhe unki hosting change karwani padi.

⚠️ Strong warning:
Is company se hosting, server ya koi bhi service mat lena.
Mere paise phanse hue hain, aapke bhi phase sakte hain.

Worst hosting experience. Pure fraud behaviour.

No response from support for over a week – multiple critical issues unresolved

I have been a paying customer of SiteCountry and currently have multiple active services and client websites hosted with them.
For over a week, I have received no response whatsoever via:
Support ticket system
Telegram support
Follow-ups on existing tickets
This is not a minor issue. I am experiencing serious service instability, including:
Repeated downtime and errors
Unresolved server/resource issues
Open tickets with no updates or ETA
Despite polite and detailed communication, there has been complete silence from support.
At this point, I am not asking for miracles — only:
A response
A clear explanation
A realistic resolution timeline
I hope SiteCountry will finally acknowledge this publicly and contact me to resolve the situation, because right now this level of support is unacceptable for production and client-facing services.
