Después de dos años comunico que voy a cambiar de trabajo, por cuestiones de plantilla corta se me pide trabajar los últimos 15 días cuando me quedaba una semana de vacaciones por disfrutar y acepto. Por un malentendido en la carta de dimisión indiqué que mi último día laboral sería el viernes 28 -en mi campaña se trabajaba de lunes a viernes- ya que el lunes 01 empezaría en mi nuevo trabajo. Cuando vi que la ultima nomina me llegó "recortada" pedí explicaciones a RRHH y la respuesta fue que no había trabajado el mes entero, sino sólo hasta el día 28 del mes. Una vez aclarado el malentendido y demostrado que sí había cumplido el mes entero, me dijeron simplemente que no había solución y se quedaron con los 200 euros de su trabajador que sí había trabajado todo el mes.

I still work here and recently was promoted. From 1st to 3rd level.
I asked for a new contract or addendum. Which was not possible.
Today I received my first payslip. Guess what!? 2 levels higher and the salary still is the same.
Much more responsibility and still the same salary. This is not normal!
What a horrible company

I applied for an open position about a month ago. Jesse Ikonen contacted me within a week and asked to schedule an interview, requesting my availability. I replied the same day.
After that, it took around two weeks to receive a response confirming a time. Unfortunately, when the scheduled interview date and time arrived, no one contacted me. I tried calling and emailing to follow up, but I received no response.
I understand that delays can happen, but being left without any communication on the day of the interview was disappointing and unprofessional.
Unworthy employer that pays the bare minimum and takes advantage of foreigners!
I DON'T recommend Foundever and I'm glad I don't work there anymore. This review concerns the branch in Berlin, Germany.
Cons:
■ bare minimum salary! The company promises great benefits especially to foreigners arriving in Berlin but they pay too little for what they ask!
■ Not flexible timetables.
■ the HR personnel is rude! They constantly ignore your requests by email or phone which sometimes results in calling or emailing them multiple times for the same thing. Worst HR department ever.
■ Agents are really just a number, a small cog in the machine. The higher management doesn't value good employees! All they care are the metrics and statistics. Nothing guarantees you staying in the company, not even been a great employee.
■ very complicated to get vacation days approved.
■ Not really growth opportunities.
■ stressful work environment and constantly changing work processes; with bad quality and not well explained e-learnings.
■ complicated processes with little supervision. Contradictory statements from different departments.
■ the performance bonuses are a joke! Even with fully earned monthly bonus, the salary remains the bare minimum for living in Berlin or surrounding areas.
■ The office is too noisy and the working systems mostly lagging, freezing which can cause delays to working.
Pros:
Literally the only advantage that comes to mind is the remote/hybrid work option.

Be careful of recruiter JESSE IKONEN if he wants to hire you. Record his offer, screenshot his promises as he will decline recruitment package and bonus last minute. I am speaking as a former foundever employee that trusted his word for relocation package that I never got and employment bonus he wanted to take away from me.

Foundever Sumter The Least Professional Jobsite
Foundever has so many people in managerial roles they are not qualified to hold. You can't even take some seriously, the tantrums seem too juvenile to believe. They take no responsibility, they do nothing to support their teams. What I have witnessed since signing onboard are loud mouth blow hards with little leadership ability or potential. People who like the power but cannot understand the responsibility. I have likened working there to working in a prison population and now, after finding myself in a position where a leader appeared to hope to create an environment to justify an escalation into violence, I'm not even certain how safe the facility is. My advice is that if you were not raised in a rough environment you should look for a job elsewhere. Their Sumter site is the most surreal dive I've taken into absurdity in any job I've had.
Incompetent low level company - not on a European level
Incompetent, non-professional personnel (with exceptions of people who stumble upon the low level and seeing it at the start, as it is now), and the management/CEO in general. People in positions that should not be, as the people do not MATCH and are capable for the actual titles. Some people cannot even write grammatically correct, dyslectics, lack the education needed - but were chosen as QA for example, and the list goes on. Totally low quality. As a company, a reform is needed, if we look aside the general reform of the country. There are better companies, and more better alternatives need to emerge as companies of good European level of quality within the field.
Adding some extra information, that we all are aware about in a sense: I had written the above review, on this company on Google first on 2024, and today it got removed because someone within the company sent for removal obviously. The appeal INSTANTLY (Googles "free speech" mods already did an "auto-anti appeal" of the appeal, so the "appeal" is actually worthless function within Google).

Pretend to be working for John Lewis but systematically deconstructing the John Lewis reputation with the service they are choosing to provide.
Every reply made to a case is responded to by a different person from JL Customer Services 'team, thus you find yourself living a horrible Groundhog Day-esque experience, whereby you have to recount the issue, every single time, from the beginning and often correct the representative who contradicts the previous person. It is truly maddening and further hinders progress.
Even the complaint I raised when my 'internally escalated case' had clearly been dismissed was responded to by another one of these outsourced representatives who was even worse, woefully inept and showed no hint of humanity. He has clearly been trained to state 'no' and get customers off the phones as quickly as possible, insinuating that I had somehow caused damage and that five years was in some way a reasonable operational time for a television. He hadn't even taken the time to read the whole thread properly.
Three months of back-and-forth should not have been necessary. It is clear that wherever this call centre is, they simply do not care about providing any level of service or satisfaction, and are clearly unaware of UK Consumer Laws, which John Lewis really ought to be concerned about.

Absolute exploitation of people
and unfortunately, my experience was very disappointing. During my time there, I noticed serious organizational issues and poor communication from management. It often felt like employees’ concerns were not taken seriously or were ignored, especially when projects were ending.
My whole team was let go before our 6-month trial periods were over, and despite being told that there might be support to stay in the company after a project, none of us received meaningful help when we asked for it. It felt like we were purposefully ignored as we got no insight about our future. (emails only answered if they concern them legally)
If you are considering working here, I would recommend documenting everything and keeping all communication in writing. This doesn’t seem like a stable long-term option based on my experience. If you have other offers, I would personally advise choosing those instead.
The company has gone through several rebrandings over time (previously known as Sitel Group and Sykes), which in my opinion reflects some of the ongoing challenges with their work culture and employee relations.

Very bad hiring process
This company make me waste my time they make you do a test before your first interview, according to them I score high.
They decided to continue with me and at the end they made the excuse that my English was not enough for the position to be honest this don’t make sense.
Same time they are going to keep my CV and they are encouraging me to apply for other position in their company.
I have 20 year experience as a translator and interpreter in Canada 🇨🇦 I have work for immigration, worker’s compensation board , Canada border services how can my English is not good enough ? The person that assessed my English was also a foreign living in Bulgaria 🇧🇬, anyways I was very disappointed ☹️ with their feedback it don’t make sense for me.
Was better if they don’t say the reason is ok if they decided to chose another candidate instead to use the excuse about the language.
If you apply here don’t do any test until the end of the process.
Also I found grammar mistakes in their writing ✍️ test.
I will not work for a company like this one ☝️ in some way I am glad 😌 they don’t hire me .

A truly awful work environment, you are just a number to them. Went through the process and was told I was being assigned to another program due to end of season for the one I was on. Get this.. they told me my last day would be Friday. Giving basically a 2 day notice. They told me to keep my equipment and to keep an eye on my email for my permanent offer for another client. I gave my all through the process focusing heavily on my role to find an atmosphere where they are not 100% honest or transparent. From the get go I was offered a role and told it was a set schedule. We were told multiple things during the process. That was not the case. I adjusted to the schedule changes anytime you randomly updated the schedule with no real notice. Anytime any adjustments were made I was always willing to adapt. Now I decided to reach out to follow up because my last day on the project was Friday and now it is Tuesday. I have not heard from anyone. I reached out to ask if they had any insight on how long I am waiting before I know what my next campaign will be and when it will start. How long will I now be unemployed? They responded now saying "if I am offered another role.. to allow a couple of weeks. If I don't hear anything then to consider returning my equipment." What. THE.. I am just going to file for unemployment and consider it what it is. I am beyond disappointed in Foundever. They claim to care about their employees. Yet, they will lie to you and not CARE about you or your family. As far as pay goes I was always paid with no issues there and really I am in shock!

I did work for them, submitted it, and the moment they had to pay my compensation, they said that i must first pay a deposit to be able to receive it???? Which is unheard of! DO NOT WORK FOR THEM. They are scamming people
A disapointing job
At Foundever, besides being demanding with their employees, the salary is nowhere near fair compensation. They pay poorly, and if you're owed a bonus, you have to fight to get it, just terrible. The constant lack of recognition for your effort is disheartening.
At Foundever, instead of feeling supported by the company, it feels like every decision is made to make your life more difficult. Internal communication is terrible, changes happen without notice, and they often directly affect your working conditions or well-being.
The lack of empathy and consideration for employees is obvious. Instead of motivating you, it feels like they’re trying to wear you down day after day. Empty promises, constant pressure, and an environment that puts metrics above people.
If you’re looking for a place where you can grow, feel valued, and have even the slightest bit of stability, my advice is: look elsewhere.
Hier ist man noch Mensch
Foundever ( Athen ) ist eines der wenigen Unternehmen bei dem man noch menschlich behandelt wird. Ich habe mir auch schon andere Unternehmen in Athen angeschaut bei denen man nur eine Nummer ist und wie Dreck behandelt wird (Concentrix).
Bei Foundever dagegen steht der Mensch im Vordergrund.
Ich kann nur jedem der die Erfahrung machen möchte ins Ausland zu gehen zum Leben und Arbeiten Foundever empfehlen.

This company is the one you sure ignore at all costs. Unprofessional, if there is any racism and you report is turning back to you for a reason to be fired. So if you file a complain, you will be seemed as problem of resource.
HR may have relationship with their agents and they have no clue what they do at work.
If you are friend with HR or upper positions, you are saved even you are racist company is taking your side regardless.
Rules are existing once you are about to be fired otherwise no rules are applied.
Payment always less than what was promised
Worse company I have ever worked. Everyone is looking as if you are friend but later you are finding out that they are not.

Professionality out of this place, when client is complaining over the phone that what dialect they talk is not understandable and agents are getting insulted and hanging on them.

After a few months your realize were foolish in the interview. And guess what? The HR that recruited you no longer works there, he was an intern.. So you not have anyone to report... our team leaders do not even reply about it....
Don't waste your time here, it turns the vision of Work into your worst nightmare, really depressing.
