I truly love the top notch friendly and very professional customer service I’ve received from taz, at s j dream beds ltd, sjdreambeds.co.uk. my customised bed which in shops are over £1500 i got made within £600 and thats including delievery, made to very high standards, taz husband handmade it, the component's and material used is very high quiality, will definitely recommend them to everyone. you will not be disappointed, many thanks guys, will definitely use you again for my mattresses and beds etc, thanks taz for everything

Quality was nowhere near what I expected
I bought an expensive bed frame and the quality was nowhere near what I expected. The staples around the edges of the material were all over the place and the material wasn't as good as advertised.
To make matters worse, after I posted a complaint about it, a very rude lady contacted me, demanding that I change my review. This unprofessional behavior clearly shows that the company is trying to cover up their shortcomings by blaming others for giving them a bad reputation. I will never buy from them again and advise others to steer clear of this dishonest business.

After having a nightmare with another bed company!was left unsure! Found sjdreambeds,saw reviews where good so went ahead and ordered.Spoke to a lovely genuine lady ,didn’t need to pay until cash on delivery .we got a 2 hour prior call for delivery on Sunday received the bed within 1week .absolutely brilliant service !!llovely ,heavy ,quality bed! Would be first place to look for beds when ordering again.happy customer 👌

Ordered different beds from sj dreams beds many times now, and also my family and friends once they saw my items. There beds are really high quality look great with many choices on colours and fabric. and the price is very affordable, tasleem provided a great service, she listened to my needs, and helped alot. i would recommend everyone to buy from S J Dream Beds Ltd

Fantastic quality beds and mattress
Fantastic quality beds, brilliant customer services will definitely buy again, recommend everyone to get bed or mattresses from this company if you need one, and the prices are very competitive. I really love my beds and mattresses I purchased, they are such high quality and so comfortable, the whole family sleep so well now.
