I was contacted by this company by phone. I’m always a bit sceptical about these sort of phone calls but I looked at the reviews on this site and could see that people had good experiences, so I decided to go ahead as I had some jewellery that I no longer used.
The whole process was straightforward and all the steps were explained clearly by Sam. My envelope arrived and I returned it as per instructions. I got a phone call a couple of days later and was surprised and delighted to be given an offer of £165, which I was told would be in my bank account by that afternoon!
Sure enough I had notification via my banking app, that the money had arrived in the account

This is a great service. I was unaware of SJMK until I got a phone call from one of their customer service agents who was very helpful and reassuring in explaining to me how the service works and what I could gain from it. I was a little cynical that anything I could find would be worth very much but as it’s such an easy process I thought I might as well give it a go and even if I didn’t receive a payment at least it would give me an excuse to sort out all my old stuff. Most of the bits I found at the back of my drawers hadn’t been worn for years and I had even forgotten where some of it had come from! So I was pleasantly surprised and certainly was not expecting the high amount of money offered. Everyone I had contact with was friendly and helpful and the whole process is done to a high professional standard. Excellent communication too. Payment is also very prompt- the money was in my bank account the same afternoon that Sam called with my offer. Would highly recommend SJMK.

It was all very quick and seamless. I had the phone call with Lynne, introduced me to company and their aims. I had previously read up on it but if I had any further questions, then was the time to ask but I was happy with my understanding of what to expect. Within a day I received the bag, sent it back with the paperwork complete, that was Saturday and by Monday they had phoned me with an offer. We agreed a price and given the time of day, it delayed the payment, but within 48 hours the funds were in my account. Great service. I've already got my next bag ordered.

Great customer service, explained all the questions which I asked. A secure way of selling your items and if you are not happy with the sell, they can return the items back to you.
I had few items which I didn't want them to be returned, so I asked them to recycle them. Thank you Sjmk team for all your help.

Jen was very helpful and lovely. Got a transfer same day. I wish they would pick it up instead of having to send it through the post, but that’s something that could be improved on, but overall very good
