Sketch & Stitch Embroidery Reviews

A totally lovely. Super helpful reliable company xx

So happy with the product quality and attention to detail on my purchase from sketch and stitch embroidery. Sofia made sure to send lots of different designs and fonts to ensure the product was exactly as I envisioned. I made this purchase last minute before Christmas and found this company super efficient and sent my purchase in time for the perfect Christmas gift. Great customer service, I’ll definitely be ordering again🌟

Embroidery was beautiful but the quality of the jumper itself is rubbish! Had stitching pulling out at 3 seperate places around the shoulder. Approached the company and customer service with photos of my husband trying said jumper on for the first time - they just blamed me saying i must have caught it on something which is false as the item was received that way! They offered for me to return but then stated they would see it was not defective on sending because they take photos…but wouldn’t show me said photos 🙄 so in all homesty I was concerned they wouldnt even bother sending me a replacement given how they blamed me & were very defensive! So i have a £45 jumper that looks awful and guaranteed in a few washes will be falling apart! Very disappointed as it was a gift for my husband. And wish the company would take some responsibility! Not worth using this company because you risk getting a substandard product and then rubbish customer service too!

It had it be done a second time because a letter from the text was missing initially. But after contacting them it was correctly and replaced very quickly. The quality is great! Customer service was helpful and efficient.

These items I have received from Sketch and Stitch are absolutely perfect. Im in love 😍
I’ve purchased a tee with a picture on it and 2 hoodies with handwriting on the sleeves - quality is great
The service you get from these guys is brill and prompt. And delivery was fast.
Couldn’t be happier :)

Absolutely fantastic service.

Quick and efficient service to carry out alterations on my new work wear. Over the moon with the end result.

Great value for money and would fully recommend!!!

Incredible detail and accuracy to the photo provided. Come out in such great quality on the jumper. Couldn’t recommend enough to anyone thinking about buying one or not. Slightly on the expensive side but I think you get what you pay for.

I ordered 2 hoodies which will be Christmas gifts. The quality of the hoodie are great, the sizing is pot on and the embroidery of the photo I sent is just lovely. I received an email with a proof which I could reply back to and amend if I wanted, but it looked great as it was. Really fast postage from my order date too.

I messaged the company directly as I had a few questions and special requests and the response was immediate and super friendly. I purchased matching T-shirts for my husband and me with our newborn twin shoot and we are obsessed with them. I loved them so much I purchased one for my father’s birthday !!!!
Very happy with them all, will definitely be purchasing more for Christmas ♥️

I ordered a personalised hoodie and a couple of matching accessory bags and they are amazing ! I highly recommend as delivery was fast and Sofia was so quick to answer any questions I had. I will definitely be ordering again.

I bought this T-shirt for my husband for Father's day. I absolutely love it!! It arrived quickly! The company sent me an illustration of what it would look like prior to going ahead, no changes needing to be made and it was perfect the first time! Customer service is 5/5. Sofia got back to me within minutes when I had a question. Thank you Sketch and Stitch!
