Exceptionally Smooth, continuous communication & Excellent Results.
I reached out to Sketch & Stitch for our company's workwear requirements, and the entire process proved to be exceptionally smooth. Upon sending our company logo and specifying the required sizes, production commenced promptly. What truly stood out was the continuous communication throughout each stage of the process. The final items not only looked impressive but also proved to be of excellent quality, showcasing a collection of finely crafted garments. I would highly recommend Sketch & Stitch/ 5* out of 5*

CHECK YOUR EMAILS!
I would give 1 star but I have to accept I missed the email with the final design on it which is frankly laughable. It resembles the shape of my pet but that’s about it. I would advise anyone booking to have a close up head shot rather than a full body as mine look like my 8 year old had ago. The name Dexter look more like Dexten. I fall foul of the not checking terms and conditions and am now stuck with a £54 hoodie that is literally only good for walking the dog in

Hi John, we are very sorry to read you are disappointed with your order.
All the designs are carefully hand drawn, creating an outline and drawing of key features in the photos our customer’s upload.
After we send our design emails, we wait 24 hours for a response with any changes that may be requested. If we do not hear back from customers with any design changes, we will process the garment as usual with the design as shown to avoid any production and delivery delays.

Hi Jason we are very disappointed to receive this review.
As explained via email we sent you the design before production began, if design changes are requests by our customers we change the designs accordingly. We wait 24 hours to receive any design changes, if we do not hear back, we process the order with the design as shown in the email.
Unfortunately, there are some of our products and services that are non-refundable which include anything that has been made to a customer’s specific requirements, is personalised or otherwise cannot be resold due to a bespoke element.
The one star review is not a true reflection of our service or product as the order was made as per the checkout and order instructions.
Customers can read all about our returns policy and conditions via our website before placing an order online. As a small business we take pride in the orders we sent out and the relationship with our customers.
Excellent service

Ordered a t-shirt for my brother of a drawing his daughter did of their family. He loves it. Amazing service- there were a couple of bits on the drawing that were important to get right and the team were awesome at making sure we got them right.

Outline stitch
Sent a not very clear photo of an old black dog and the outline on the sweatshirt was brilliant. Very happy with the result and quickness of delivery. Also top marks for allowing me to see design for approval before stitching.

Amazing delivery and customer service
I ordered custom made hoodies on a Tuesday, by Thursday it was sent out and delivered! I was absolutely shocked couldn’t believe it. They sent out one of the hoodies in the wrong size, contacted them which was very easy to do& they sent another one out through the post which took the same amount of time. Would definitely recommend.

We are disappointed to hear you were not happy with your order. As a small business we take pride and care in the orders we produce. Our Outline Stitch products are our best-selling items. All the designs are carefully hand drawn creating an outline and drawing of key features in the photos our customer’s upload. The design is then sent to our customers to approve within 24 hours. I can see that the design was sent to your email however, we did not get a response within 24 hours, so the order process began to avoid any production and delivery delays.
