Skilltec Training Reviews 

I recently took part in the training course Personal Impact and Influencing with Skilltec. This is the second course I've completed with them, and once again, the quality of the training and support has been excellent.

I loved how we were encouraged to look inward, rather than simply learning a list of techniques. A couple of the exercises around listening and the assumptions we make were really impactful. They challenged me to think about how easily we can interpret situations through our own perspective without necessarily having the full picture.

I also really enjoyed exploring my own influencing style, which wasn't quite what I expected! It gave me a few things to reflect on and some practical strategies that I can take forward.

The session finished with us creating a personal statement to refer back to, so we can stay focused on how we want to communicate and influence others. I found this surprisingly moving, and it was a lovely way to bring everything together.

A huge thank you to Chris Holl, who created such a safe, relaxed and comfortable online environment. His humour, passion and enthusiasm made it so easy to engage with the exercises and discussions. I'd also like to give another big shout-out to Samantha Prowse and David Bogart at Skilltec.

I attended a Train the Trainer course with Chris Holl today and it was fantastic from start to finish. Chris created a genuinely engaging and fun learning environment, and the content was directly relatable to my day-to-day work, which made it so much easier to take in and apply. The session struck a great balance between being enjoyable and packed with practical value. I'd highly recommend Chris to anyone looking for training that's both effective and thoroughly enjoyable!
