Please....do not waste your money on this company! It's a scam! They let you keep playing by adding money but will find excuses to not pay you when you cash out.

I genuinely avoid leaving negative reviews of places because there are always so many. However, this time it seems necessary because this is extremely frustrating and unprofessional on their end. I have been attempting to get an electronic 1099 from them for almost 2 months after my paper one went missing. I hope to find it because it is one of the worst experiences of customer service I have ever had and I want this ordeal over with. They initially responded just fine but nothing was happening, I was not receiving the electronic copy as they promised. Then stopped responding altogether. If there is ever a time for timely responses and follow-through on promises, it would be now. Play the games casually but investing money with the hope of winning turns into a nightmare.

This is one the fraud company it has scamed 1000 dollars to me because i made a withdrawal of my winnings but the have blocked my account because of withdrawal so i recommend to all the players please never trust this filthy fraud company..... trust me people

I have been waiting since last October for a check for my winnings over the amount I initially cashed in and have been told over and over again that a check would come through third party sites etc and never saw my winnings. When I contacted customer service multiple times, they always said they were reissuing a check. LIES! These are scammers! Plain and simple. Also, I was made aware today that my data has been breached through the skillz apps so my password was compromised as well. Stay away! You will NOT make money.

They blocked my 3 accounts without any information. Even they don't reply any of my email. I make $29 withdrawal request & they blocked my account. Scammers.

This is srarting to look like a scam to me. How is it that $1 = 40cents, or $5 = $2. I been keeping tabs to see how legit you guys are, and quite frankly this is false advertisememt and straight up money laundering if you ask me. Either that or somebody behind the desk that don't know how to do simple math. On top of that this platform claims to be downloaded by millions, but i keep getting matched up with the same people. like do you guys know how imposible the odds of that happening ten times in a row in a pool of millions of players? I want what every single match claims i should be earning.
And people don't even bother using the "contact us" button for you will only get "Failed to submit request" straight up scamming people. The internet needs to take this company down. This is in regars to pool payday game.

Fun game, definitely rigged. I ama skillful domino player and eventide that I was up against the So called master, I could predict what the computer would put up. Not because I'm good but I realized the pattern it uses to beat you.... fun but do not play for money....its a ripoff

Ripoff charges 20% vat on top of purchase. So you actually don't gain any money bonus. then charges £1 withdraw fee. So if you purchase £5 with £1 bonus it is £5 plus £1 vat. Total £6. So if you went straight to withdraw you are not allowed to withdraw bonus money so allowed to withdraw £5 and it charges you £1 withdraw fee. So you are actually £2 worse off without playing a game. RIPOFF!

I downloaded and played Blackout Bingo and Solitaire Cash by Skillz. And yes, I spent money. But herein lies the problem. AFTER I played to the tune of $434 in the span of a week between BOTH games, all of the sudden, I can’t get into the games. There were 2 of them. Blackout Bingo, and Solitaire Cash. It kept saying they had a bug……so I deleted and tried to get in my account via sign on. No go….then, I go to my email. Skillz tells me that my account WAS FROZEN at 2 AM because I DID NOT AGREE TO THE TERMS OF SERVICE>Your account has been temporarily suspended due to sharing funding with another account on our system……I WAS UNAWARE of this AND WHY didn’t you tell me that BEFORE I DEPOSITED MONEY INTO A SECOND ACCOUNT?????THAT IS YOUR LIABILITY AS A COMPANY TO DO SO>and PREVENT IT FROM HAPPENING> You took my money anyway, Didn’t you????? Don’t put the blame on me, and threaten to shut me off. AND YOU DID> IT DOES NOT GIVE YOU THE RIGHT TO TAKE MY MONEY. NOR the MONEY THAT WAS LEFT ON THE GAME> I WANT MY MONEY BACK> You are obviously a scam. You say that you put me against equal players, but I waited literally days, and your algorithm obviously waits until my score is lesser than, and I get put to the bottom of the pile. They are obvious con artist. I am not the only one who's account was shut down. WHAT ARE THEY DOING with the money they are literally stealing?????

Beware, I play for free and the game still cheats. I would dominoe every hand score high while the opponent score is only 15 points and I would still loose. I can’t make sense of it.

Fun app,easy to play,easy to win..but 4 to 6 weeks to redeem.cant play anymore until redeem is completed. Will update if actually recieve winning (minus their fee) yes they charge you to redeem!

This game cheats. The screen froze on me twice during games and then I lost because I wasn’t even in the game half of it. Twice. Don’t waste your money on a cheating game.

Don’t ever play any games operated by skillz. They rig the games. I watched replays and the total score was rigged so I would lose. I have recordings and pictures of all it. They are stealing money. Scammers!!

This is a company of scammers. They closed my account for no reason except that I was a winning player so they get rid of me taking all my efforts that I made. Now no one answers me. I will report this scammers everywhere till everyone will be aware how dangerous are they. They use you as they want once they notice you're planning a withdrawal they act against you inventing false accusations against you and your account and terminate it and they never reply on your never ending emails and complaints of why they did that.. Be careful of this... Spread the news till they get what they deserve.

Yup, this company has scammed many people for a long time they don’t even respond to emails or letters. Be smart and play for free. This company is the worst company ever. Customer service support is awful

Game is rigged bad. Don't waste your money especially in spades and We get muted on a 21+ if you use symbols, petty swearing etc. They treat you like you're 12 not 21+

Less than one star the guy miachel is right there was a class action lawsuit in June 2020 whish I knew skillz did the same to me I had 4 mul tickets and they told me my 100d gift card would be in my Amazon account in 7 days 1 day later account suspended. Never got my 19 dollar withdrawal and never ever got my 100d giftcard either

This company exists solely to take your money and never let you win anything. I played about 50 practice sessions of solitaire before finally solving one only to find out I still lost. They have 250 games all designed to scam you out of your cash.

They are getting rid of parts of the game that user were making money from. Like challenge another player. Nope, can't do that anymore. Paying players is not the business model. Taking your cash away is their business. I suspect they are using ringers to keep people playing the games. The ringers are the Mods in the chat and the players that get the astronomical high scores of 40k in a 5 minute timed game.

This is why their stock has tanked from $40 a share to less than a dollar. $0.84 cents, possibly heading to the pink sheets before being delisted. Stay away from this scam. It will soon land in the dustbin of history alongside FTX.

They can help by stop ripping us off I think everyone needs to contact the gaming commission and report their problem with them so they can make them accountable for ripping off costumers and a one star is way too much credit to give it should be where u can place negative stars

I’ve put a lot of money into this game - bingo and normally by 7 th game the 10 dollars is gone. I’ve never won. It’s set up so you always deposit but never win when playing for real money . I’m not a bad player either.
