Skinny Mat Reviews 

It's a shame it's not possible to leave a review on an individual product.
Our front door is hung ridiculously low, and it was great to finally find a product that would fit under. The mat is rubber backed, so feels robust, doesn't slip and holds its shape.
However, the light colour of Herringbone Mat which we purchased looked dirty almost immediately, and does not seem to get clean. With other doormats mud can be shaken off when dry, but mud stains into this quite obviously. Hoovering only takes some dirt off. We have tried putting it in the washing machine - the machine did not like it at all, and the mat came out looking exactly the same.
I am not sure if I would buy again (I may be forced to, as nowhere else seems to do a mat this thin), but if I did I would definitely not get a light colour.

Just what we needed fits under the back door which has next to no clearance. Is stylish and exactly what we have been looking for.

Great design, materials and service!

After underfloor heating raised my floor level, my front door was really sweeping the floor and I didn't think I could have any mat for muddy kids coming and going. I was sceptical the Skinny Mat would work, but it did!

It looks nice in our hall and is helping reduce the mud trekked in.
Only glitch were emails from the company going straight into my junkmail, which delayed completion and delivery.

Only company able to provide really thin mat. The mat is good quality and the various pattern options are extensive.

Brilliant little mat! We can now go in and out of our back door without it catching the door mat! It’s a lovely design and so absorbent! Definitely recommend if your door nearly meets the floor. Excellent design.

We can’t recommend Skinny May highly enough! Communication as we were ordering our mat was excellent and the ordering / customization process was very straightforward. We now have a unique, high quality entrance mat that always gets compliments when people see it!

I love my mat. Totally works with low clearance door. V helpful team - turns out you can get prints in portrait not just landscape (recommend referencing that). I haven’t tried washing it yet (have been tempted as I picked a light print and it gets dirty) but a vacuum works well. Very happy, thinking about getting them for the back doors too.

Expensive but worth the money!
I have tried every door mat to go under my front door and even ones that seem to measure up, when home are still not slim enough.

This skinny mat was the last resort before I considered shaving the bottom of my front door and thank god it worked.

Feels very good quality and looks great but importantly, can open door without it being moved and offers protection to my floor from mucky shoes.

Haven’t washed it yet but real bonus that it can be.

Nothing wrong with company, item wasn't suitable for us I am afraid. Material is more like a mouse pad rather than a door mat. Not for us.
