I got the money after 4 days or so but I had to make a support ticket for it to arrive. Idk if I would of had to wait longer if I didnt.

they certainly try to run a honest, and functioning business, but for whatever reason they constantly (atleast in my case) give me issues on every basis of using their platform.
The biggest issue is the payout function, right now payouts are completely impossible and it's been like that for the past couple weeks. which sucks because I need the 850€ I have on their platform. But it might aswell not exist because I can't reach it.
my tip is go use skinport, they have better everything.

Been about 19 hrs and still no payout received on my paypal. I'll wait till the 24 hrs, but I've already sent an email to support since I was getting worried and haven't received a word back. I was hoping this was going to be quick like it said and be within 2-24 hrs.

Update 12/30/23 - Got my payout at 11am this morning.

Did a withdraw of my money, and after 20 days haven't received. Emailed support about it and haven't had an answer.

Took longer than expected but payout still went through.

Been over 3 days and still waiting on payout for skin.

“Expected payout time between 2-24hrs (avg. 6)”. lol that is a lie.

I asked for them to send me my skin back, seeing as “instant” is actually nowhere close to truthful.
Nope.
I asked for a timeframe for when payouts would resume and I would get paid.
Nope.

I will never use SkinWallet ever again, and will steer everyone I know away from this service as well.

If you are having issues with payout, or trying to create a better system, that’s great, but don’t continue to set expectations for payout timeframes you cannot achieve!!

I agreed to sell my skin for nearly HALF its actual value because I was expecting an “””INSTANT””” payout, and that was fine if it was actually instant. But I could’ve sold my skin for its full value by now, but instead I got screwed by skinwallet.

Super frustrating. DO NOT use this service if you’re reading this.

Post resolution edit: PayPal transfer went through and customer service was quick to help which is awesome. Still think should adjust verbiage on site to set proper expectations. Changing to 3 stars for really good customer service response.

update on my case: I have to be honest even tho i was disappointed by the delivery time of my funds i got them in full so the website is legit if u don't mind waiting for the money. I was stressed out so i said what i said and i leave it down there so people can have an idea.

Today its the 21 and no money, chat support is everyday same conversation, we cant guarantee a payout; our payment provider run into some problems, i don't care the moment u accepted the skins and your website states a guaranteed payout from 2-24h and says 6h average u should make sure that happens.

Well this is my third time that I’ve been told 24 hours and now it’s been 3 days got a different answer from support every time I’m starting to get worried

It’s been 48 hours and nothing. Honestly when I see 24 hours I sort of expect that give or take a few hours but it’s quite frustrating. I was then told could be up to 72 hours. I’m rather irritated by this because I don’t like trusting PayPal at the best of times.

The support team got back to me quickly so no fault there but the automated system or approval team really need to step their game up or hire more people

The cashout took a bit longer than they say on the website. The Money still came so imma use this site again. Recommended

Waiting 2 weeks but still not received my money

I've been waiting a week, the website says that the money has been sent, but it's not there. and it looks like it won’t happen, support is silent, I wrote several letters and silence. I don’t recommend it to anyone at all!

it has been more than 24 hours and i still have not received my payout. each time i contact customer support i reach out for a real agent since i wouldnt wanna be talking to a bot yet still i dont even know if the real agent is a bot or not. They reply with the same message when i ask about my payouts not being received which is "we ran into some backend difficulties, you'll receive them as soon as possible". Scammers nothing else.

Edit: I received the money after 4 days from payout date.

Honest? Ok for an 'instant cash' and avg time of 6h I need to point out that over 96h is not even close and in that time I would sell them at normal price... I just hope it was one time issue as they've been convincing me though out these past days.
At least that's a way to ez cashout maybe just not always as fast as advertised.
