I used the instant option, okay the prices are understated (about 50% of the market value of steam). I read in the terms and conditions that they process transfers up to 24hrs, I only received the transfer on Wednesday after 3 working days where I completed the exchange transaction over the weekend. So the instant option is highly overrated.

This website is an absolute joke
This website is an absolute joke and needs to be reported and taken down. They say the money is guaranteed within 24 hours, but I’ve been waiting a week now and still nothing. Every time I write a message to support they say “the admins couldn’t get to it” or “it’s being processed and you’ll get it tonight” or some other nonsense. I just wrote them a final message letting them know that I filed a fraud report on their site because I assume I’ll never see the 105 dollars I was supposed to receive. I’ll update this review if they send me my money, but the 1 star rating will stay the same. You can’t promise people in writing that their money is coming 4 times and still send nothing or make the excuse that your admins are all too lazy to do their job.

PayPal payments are supposed to be transferred within 24 hours according to your website. Don’t know how you guys calculate your hours.
