Ski Solutions Reviews

This is our second year of using Ski Solutions to organise our holiday. We knew what we wanted in terms of accommodation and level of skiing, but not where to find it, and Clare came up with some excellent suggestions. Thanks to her we went to Corvara and had two of our happiest ski weeks ever. All our flights, transfers, ski hire etc worked perfectly. We have already talked to her about next year!

Really easy to deal with, took my requirements and came back with a number of options which met these across a variety of price points. Were not pushy and in the contact I had were super helpful

The booking process was easy, options explained and communicated.

Late booking 10 days before departure but agent was able to provide regular updates on availability and quickly understood what we were looking for.

Booking was easy and the staff at Ski Solutions were very knowledgable and helpful.

We were looking for a last minute ski break and Mark was excellent. A really quick and efficient service which meant we were booked and all done within about half an hour! Comms since booking has been great too so we’re very happy!

Have booked through Ski Solutions previously and as always an great service from the Team. A few questions to follow up on but otherwise really happy with service.

I made an enquiry after looking online . Got an almost immediate reply with a couple of offers ….phoned up after one and spoke to James and we completed on one of the options there and then ……fabulous service so far !

Great customer service and advice on where to go skiing with my nineteen year old son. Would book through them again.

Booked a fairly last minute ski holiday with Ski Solutions. They were very helpful: they work with a number of tour operators so can find you a variety of options. I booked a chalet holiday with Inghams but even though there were only a couple of weeks to go and it was for a date in the school holidays they had a good deal of choice at good prices. Communication throughout was excellent and they arranged my ski hire and ski passes for me. I have used them before and I would use them again.

We arranged a ski holiday via Clare at Ski Solutions. She was professional, helpful and knowledgeable and it was great speaking to a "real" person to clarify things. Clare called back as promised and the booking was a swift process. All documents arrived on time and were very informative. Clare also offered to book ski passes and skis which was great - one less thing to worry about. We would definitely use Ski Solutions again.

We booked via Ski Solutions for the first time in December 2022 and thought the experience was so good that we have already used them again for our next ski trip. Clare was impressively knowledgeable about the resorts and accommodation and her insights were really helpful. Also valuable in the booking process as well with some useful tips. We had a fairly complex booking with flights from three different UK airports for the group but she took it in her stride and the whole experience was very good and responsive.

Luke. Great recommendations and lovely manner. Quality product too

Clare is always consistantly polite, knowledgeable, and seems to find the best deal & discounts! This is why we returned for her help this year.

We booked our ski holiday with Alice who has great communication, is really helpful and came up with suggestions which could save money on our trip. I'd definitely recommend booking with her & ski solutions.

Really easy to deal with - great knowledge and advice

Adviser was knowledgeable, helpful, courteous & efficient. He had a great sense of humour & was very to happy as much as possible.
We had to leave a message on two occasions without any guidance as to when we woumd have a response. It would be helpful to provide a rough idea eg. Within 3 hours, or by the following day

The person dealing with my enquiry was really knowledgeable about the resort I was looking at. The were very polite, returned my call and we’re efficient at making my booking.
I would definitely book with Ski Solutions again.

we have not yet gone on our holiday, but so far, the experience with ski solutions is that they are speedy, friendly, professional, knowledgeable, helpful, direct, and super efficient. It has been a pleasure working with them, and I would definitely use their services again. I highly recommend them. I was so relieved to find them, and have all the details sorted so quickly!

Efficient, knowledgeable and responsive team made it easy to book. Received a detailed, well presented quote which we felt was value for money and promptly booked.
