This is by far the worst company I have ever had to deal with. Save yourself the frustration and wasting your time responding back and forth with this company 47 times. I ordered the trampoline in June 2026 and we still have not received all the parts as of the end of August 2026. They ship out damaged boxes with damaged parts, and they've even sent me empty packages saying that it was supposed to have some of the missing parts. I wish I could submit pictures and show you the poor quality product they send out.

I would not recommend. Their products are cheap and don't hold up. I made a warranty claim, which was approved by them in February but after 5 months of excuses, I still don't have the replacement parts. They have zero customer service and keep giving me the same generic response every time I inquire for status. Stay away. There are plenty of other companies that stand behind their products.

If I could rate this company a zero, I would!

I ordered a trampoline from SkyBound USA in December 2025 as a Christmas gift for my kids. As we un-boxed the trampoline we could see some dents on the legs and frame, but we continued to assemble the trampoline because it was Christmas morning and the kids were excited. We hoped everything would be okay.... but it was not. The frame buckled/bent as we attached the springs/ bungee cords. We stopped putting it together, made sure we were following the assembly instructions (we followed the instructions very carefully). It was determined this trampoline was not safe for our kids based on the bent frame, as the trampoline bent up like a pringle chip. I took pictures and called SkyBound support the same day. I also begin emailing with SkyBound support and was provided with a link to fill out a warranty claim. The claim was reviewed/ approved (by Karl) and I was told the replacement parts were ordered. After several back and forth emails, I was provided with a FedEx tracking number in February and was told the parts are being shipped from China. There has been no activity with this FedEx tracking number. I remained in contact with SkyBound, emailing about twice a month, and kept being told the parts were on the way and that it could take 3 months to get the replacement frame from China. Here we are 7 months after the warranty claim was approved with no replacement parts. When I emailed Skybound for another update, they responded on June 4th asked me to send pictures of the trampoline - which I already provided them with in Dec 2025. I called today and spoke with Karl and he said the parts should have been ordered in Feb 2026, but there are no updates. At this point, the product we purchased arrived damaged and we were never able to complete the assembly (or use it).
Bottom line, they will not honor their warranty and do not send replacement parts.

Bought a 8ft trampoline for my 7 year old son a few months ago. The metal welded frame came apart within a few months, the trampoline is indoors in my garage and I thought I was buying a quality trampoline. Apparently it is not. And this issue could have hurt my son. I am not happy and no one from Skybound has contacted me. i have a five year warranty on the frame but no response from the company. Buyer beware!
