Max was very patient and thorough with booking that flight..he was able to get me and my dog on the flight last minute, at a very good price, and even included a complimentary checked bag. He was polite, and very easy to work with. Sky hikes was able to get me a seat even when the flight was sold out. Max was just fantastic.
